We use the Dreams showroom in Aintree Retail Park. Fantastic service as always. This is the third time we have used dreams for our beds from the team in the showroom are knowledgeable and patient and really give you a personal touch. We have had Shay and his team come out each time for delivery. I cannot express the professionalism and courtesy in which they behave with enough. They are wonderful and kind, accommodating and very mindful of your home. The whole team are real credit the Dreams Brand.

Went to purchase a headboard there was nothing in store that suited my needs, but the assistant was really patient and found me exactly what I was looking for in there online store.

Friendly staff, Dan was especially helpful and explained all the different styles of beds and mattress types to find one that suits us. Not pushy which is always a bonus. Informed us of the offers in store and put everything as straight forward as possible.

Was shopping in antree retail for a carpet and walked past your dream shop so decided to have a look as soon as I went in the sales assistant Naomi came and asked could she help and when I told her what I was looking for she showed me the perfect bed I was so pleased

Great service received instore at Aintree Liverpool, above and beyond - made it so much easier than buying online - also received way better value for me and a better mattress for the years to come!!

My visits to Dreams Aintree were really good, James & Debi were both friendly and chatty. James’s knowledge when selecting the right bed was great. I couldn’t have asked for a better process of buying a new bed.

We visited the Aintree branch which was clean, well presented and friendly staff. We needed something specific which narrowed the search quite a lot however managed to find a bed that James recommended to us through his product knowledge and ended up purchasing that one. We paid for delivery and assembly and I am glad we did, it was very well organised, the men who arrived where very pleasant and quick and respectful of the property wearing show covers and cleaned everything up after them. I would buy from here again. The only reason it’s not 5* is a few days after the purchase I had an email to check the dimensions of the delivery on the website, only to see the bed was in a flash sale and had been reduced by £100, so feel a little deflated that I paid full price days before.

Excellent bed, and great service. The guys who fitted it were polite efficient and cleaned up after themselves. Top marks.

We came to shop just to see offert. Unfurtunatelly on that day, for our pocket and older mattress, James catched us like fish on hook. We tried to fight with his amazing arguments but we lost, have been too good for not agree with them. Our thee months baby started to feel that we are in troubles and wanted to help escape with its horrible loudly cry. Three seconds of fancy faces made by James calmed down doughter, that was our last hope... Then we did surrender and after persuasion we tried some Tempur mattress and... we fallen in love. After all the professional advices and warm help from him, we become happy owners of the best mattress in our life! Many thanks for team on Aintree shop at Liverpool.

PS. Not everything is perfect, the same in that story. You should have in offert option to buy best alarm clock available in whole world becouse now we have problems with wake up, they are so comfortable mmmm.... Zzzz...

Bed is so comfortable and we’ve slept so much better.

We opted to build ourselves and it was up within 2 hours. Takes longer to make the damn thing every morning!

My Visit to Dreams Beds Aintree Liverpool was one of the Best in my Life for my New Mattress being elderly could not Fault The Staff Especially Debbie who is Deaf & James Debbie remained with me for 2hrs I was in Store as I was wanting to get it right

Great customer experience in Dreams. Staff not in your face but knowledgeable and accommodating if you need to know something. Item was available to deliver within a few days and even got a cheeky discount as my husband was cheeky enough to ask for one!

Great friendly service and advice helped us to chose separate mattresses that suited our different requirements - delivered on time with no fuss at all. We are very happy with our purchases, comfortable, supporting and cool.

Recently went to Aintree branch. Assistant was great. She was approachable, patient and made the whole experience painless. Got everything I needed and the process was very smooth.

Ordered a matteress for my 80 year old dad who has vascular dementia. I have now wasted the last 2 Saturdays waiting for a delivery.After the first one didn't arrive l emailed their CEO. Despite head office intervention and delivery time text to me this am 10 -12 came and went.Phoned their customer service told their was a 26 minute delay l gave up .l do hope they don't try and deliver it this afternoon.They will be sent away and wish they hadn't bothered.🤬🤬
