Good treatment by Dreams
We were treated so well by the staff in Dreams. The bed arrived at the specific time given. Part of the stitching on the side had come loose and the delivery people said they would report it. That is why 5 stars not given

Great bed buying experience
Great bed buying experience. Friendly staff. Helped us to make a choice. Didn't feel rushed or pushed into products although we did hear about the optional extras.
Went to two stores in total over a number of weeks with this store helping me make the final decision. I hope my guests will enjoy the new bed.

Greig and his co-pilot [ Sorry never got his name] were brilliant, Up 2 flights of stairs and into the bedroom, King size bed put together no problem, Well mannered, Friendly, Professional, First class service from a first class company. Also may i say Gerry in the shop was also brilliant.

Good communication re delivery kept to promise date. Headboard was marked when we assembled. Took picture sent to customer services new headboard supplied and fitted with no fuss. Problems happen...its how a company deals with it that matters to me. Couldn't fault DREAMS in their reaction.
