Paid a deposit of $1,014 for a virgin cruise in January, virgin cancelled cruise in May. Cruiseaway said it can take 12 weeks for virgin to send deposit back. I phoned virgin who said the refund was processed the day after the cancellation in this case was $600. So cruiseaway had kept $400 to themselves and have held onto my money for 11 weeks to date.

Very bad customer car to night 03.04.2025 I have seen 6 peable including me they left us kitundee they never told us how long we can eat no one call us from the restaurant two people from malindi 4 or 5 people from mombasa they was only bus who left the customer

Booked a holiday 12 months ahead and paid over $4000 deposit. 10 months prior to travelling, my health has prevented me from going in my holiday, so I had to cancel. I understood there was a $200 cancellation fee and I accepted that. However I had to pay a further $500 as hotel accomodation was booked…. I was up for a $700 cancellation fee although I gave them 10 months notice! Customer beware!!!!!!

Dealing with Dreamlines cruises has been a total nightmare.! From the beginning Tamara Saenz to Michelle Levy. I feel as though we are being punished. I've been on 5 cruises and have never ever been so dissatisfied with my reservations until now!

I am definitely saving Paul's contact info for my future journeys. Paul was very courteous and helpful, he answered all of our questions and helped us book the cruise that was just right! Thank you very much Paul and we will absolutely refer you as an agent to our friends and family!

Michelle called me in the morning after I put my information online to request more information. There was never any feeling of pressure, I actually called her several times with more questions throughout the day. She never even flinched at the end of the day when I told her we definitely wanted the cruise, but I wanted a completely different room. She was very nice and accommodating.

Angela Wong, was so helpful, we were frustrated trying to find a end of summer cruise, We were checking for the Pacific Coast cruise leaving Seattle Sept 29 2019, after a couple days searching online, we came across Dreamlines, Angela was so helpful and concerned.
We were able to book our cruise without any run around!

For over 20 years, I've been planning our vacations, from local trips, to Canada, Mexico, and Cruises. This time we wanted to go to Europe and I felt intimidated.
