Literally whenever I'm looking to buy new clothes, one of the first places I look is the dbdns website. Not only are the designs cool asf but the quality is always insanely good, and delivery is always a reasonable period of time. Recommended to a ton of my friends, one of the best brands out there atm.

Excellent customer service
I ordered something during the Black Friday Sale and paid for the express tracked delivery. My order didn't arrive within the specified time and I hadn't been given a tracking code. I contacted customer services who were super helpful and let me know Royal Mail understandably had delays. Customer service let me know they had chased up with Royal Mail who let them know I would get my order within the next few days and definitely before Christmas. It arrived the same day. Very happy!

Haven't Received my order
Haven't Received my order. I had order a fleece about a week ago and I still havent received it. I used the online messaging service on the website and never got a response. My order says "shipped" on the website but I have not received it. On the website it says UK orders are supposed to arrive in 2 - 5 days but it has been well over that. I have not got any follow up emails or even a Royal Mail tracking reference number. Disapointed.

We received your order on the 28th November and shipped your order on the 28th November.
We are seeing long delays with Royal Mail to certain parts of the country where local depots have a backlog of orders and are short staffed due to Covid-19. In some cases it is taking 3 weeks for domestic parcels to be delivered.
To ensure our customers receive their orders as quickly as possible we are upgrading all UK orders to RM24 as well as all EU orders to express at no extra cost to customers.
We received both of your messages on our website and replied to each enquiry either on the same or next working day.
There is an additional problem with Royal Mail where the tracking numbers aren't generating when we manifest orders each day. This is a technical glitch with Royal Mail which we contacted them about and they are working to fix. We explained this to you in the first email we sent to you.
We appreciate that it is frustrating your order has taken longer than expected to arrive, but Covid-19 has impacted Royal Mail's ability to keep up with demand and we are doing everything we can to ensure customers' orders arrive as quickly as possible.

8 Hoodies but only 2 Stickers
I have made an order of over 350 pounds/8 hoodies. The clothes fitted as well as I expected and they looked even better than on the website.
However, it seemed very stingy of DBDNS that I only got 2 stickers sent with an order of 8 hoodies. I purchased them together with 3 friends so not every single one of us could have a sticker. It would be nice if there would’ve been sent a few more stickers with an order that expensive.
Edit: The stickers just arrived. Thanks a lot!
