Un regulated company - Fraudulent

I’m posting this review to make others aware based on my experience and the checks I carried out.
Before dealing with this company, I searched the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) Register and could not find them listed as an authorised or registered firm. This was a major red flag for me, as any company offering regulated financial services in the UK should appear on the FCA register.
After my interactions with them, I had serious concerns about their legitimacy and transparency. Due to these concerns, I decided not to proceed any further, as I did not feel comfortable or protected as a customer.
I strongly advise anyone considering this company to carry out independent checks, verify FCA authorisation, and be extremely cautious. If a company is not regulated, you may have little or no protection if something goes wrong.
This review is shared purely to warn others and encourage due diligence.

DRC debt GIANT SCAM

Today I received a letter from DRC debt demanding £751 for an original debt of £186, enclosed was a claim form against me with regards to an unpaid debt with Raising Smiles.
This letter follows on from several texts in the past month, with extortionate demands for money to be collected on behalf of Raising Smiles.
I tried to phone but all I got was a very rude and aggressive lady, Mrs Dixon, real debt collectors don’t act like this, real debt collectors are civil and try to help you.
Apparently this debt relates to an advert published 2 years ago, for which I received no invoice, no bill and no statement of any outstanding debt.
I reported this company to Action Fraud and received a crime number. Action Fraud advised me that this company DRC has all the hallmarks of a scam, and not to pay them anything. I also contacted Citizens Advice, who also advised that this would appear to be a GIANT SCAM.
In the same post, today, alongside the DRC demand letter was the reply from Action Fraud whom I see several of you have also contacted.
I do hope that no one pays anything to this DRC company, however it is a very clever scam and involves at least 2 other companies, and I will admit I nearly paid as initially I thought it was genuine.

Do not reply don't not communicate just report and keep any evidence you do have. Action Fraud and FCA are thinking it is part of a larger scam involving Raising Smiles who themselves have a bad history of fraudulent activity. You will get a crime reference number from Action Fraud and further instruction. Mention trust pilot reviews!!!

FULL OF SCAMMERS

This is a disgusting company. FULL OF SCAMMERS! They have tried to take money from me and threaten me with court on behalf of best solutions and raising smiles who wanted me to place an ad in their magazine. After I refused I had to block them as they kept calling me. Then 12 months later I hear from these jokers. Constant calls and emails from rude women, I have asked for proof I owe them money so I can pass it on to stepchange who are dealing with my finances currently due to unforeseen circumstances and they won't give it to me. Stepchange have said it sounds like a scam and after reading through the reviews I now believe it is to. Even the court form they sent through looks like a copy and paste job.

Highly suspect this is a scam!

I have received a text from ACI and DRC stating I owe a company called Best Solutions a fee of money. I have never heard of this company and never heard of DRC OR ACI. Received a text saying they have been instructed to carry out a County Court Summons on me but yet upon multiple requests of them to contact me on emails (which I have proof of) I have had no acknowledgement of receipt of email or any contact with any of the other firms.

I've had the same

I've had the same issue as most of you, very rude woman thinking she can scare and bully a vulnerable person into paying £672 for an alleged debt of £192.

No evidence of alleged debt, refused to communicate through e mail refused to send proof of alleged debt.

This is a major scam that drc-services, best soloutions UK and raising smiles are all in together.

As best soloutions and raising smiles have each others numbers to hand, drc is not registered with the fca and neither is best soloutions uk as I contacted the fca for help.

I have reported all 3 to action fraud and kept the evidence I do have.

Alongside evidence that they are meant to be registered with the fca.
