We received fantastic service from Drayton Boilers. We have used them to service our boiler for a few years but recently our old boiler stopped working suddenly and they managed to squeeze a new installation in within a couple of days. The installation came with minimal disruption and they left everything clean and tidy. I would recommend them for any boiler related services.

Our old boiler decided it was time to throw in the towel, so we needed a replacement quickly. Drayton gave us a very reasonable quote and installed the new boiler three days later. The engineers were fabulous. The work was carried out quickly and cleanly. There was no fuss, no problems. We now have a lovely new boiler and we're very pleased with the standard of Drayton's work.
We would recommend Drayton without hesitation.

We had a whole new heating system installed and all new radiators, the engineers were very friendly and always polite, they arrived on time every day and always cleared away any mess before they left at night, it was no hassle having them here and they worked very hard from start to finish.

Drayton Boiler Services were recommended to us by a friend, and we are so pleased to have found a reliable, local company whose work is of a high standard. Steve responded promptly and professionally to all our questions, by phone and in writing, and James who fitted our new boiler was very polite, friendly and hard working. He and Steve had a flexible, “can do” attitude to our requirements, such as re-routing a pipe to a different soil stack which made for a neater appearance on the outside wall. The new boiler works beautifully (and quietly) and we’re looking forward to toasty hot radiators in the winter - including the ones that our old boiler couldn’t reach!

Drayton Boiler services provided an excellent service. They provided the most detailed quote and covered everything that I wanted included in the installation. Steve was very knowledgeable and was able to answer all my questions fully. He was also the only person who asked whether we had softened water. This is an important consideration when installing the boiler as we had a Worcester Bosch installed.
Douglas who installed the boiler was also excellent, the working environment was very neat and tidy, and ensured everything was put away before going home. He also answered any questions I had about using the boiler. We have had no issues with the installation which occurred beginning of July 2020. The system was fully tested and balanced before the engineer left.
I would recommend using them if you want a new boiler installed.

Supply and Installation of recent new Gas Boiler from Worcester/Bosch together with BOWMAN heat exchanger is better than I imagined and much more efficient than my old HUGE swimming pool boiler one delighted customer and would recommend Drayton who were very excellent.

Drayton look after all 4 boilers we have. Their work is always on time and done to a very high standard. Very friendly, tidy and professional.

I have used Drayton many times for heating and plumbing work. This time they carried out a bathroom refurbishment by replacing our shower, radiator, taps and bath panel. All done to a very good standard with a minimum of fuss. I would definitely recommend them.

We have received prompt and excellent service from Drayton Boiler Services for the last ten years. The new boiler was installed earlier than originally quoted, and the engineer did an excellent job. Dust sheets were put down on the floor and stairs, and the old boiler and all rubbish was removed.

Steve and his team were very professional and offered a great service at a reasonable price. Everyone was was polite, friendly and given that we were just out of lockdown they were sensible with their distancing even though our house isn’t the biggest.
We would happily use them again in the future.

Have had Mira Platinum Digital shower installed in February 2020. Previously Boiler replaced in 2014. From quotation through to installation done professionally. Recommended to my friends.

Excellent service have used Draytons before, that should say it all, never disappointed. Douglas was fantastic. The outside work to the garage brickwork and patio was left clean and tidy as if no one had been. Most pleasing. They fitted a new boiler ,new immersion heater, new radiator and various other parts. Very happy.

Steve did an excellent job of replacing our boiler and Connor an excellent job on all our taps. All done at a fair price .We will certainly use Drayton again...and again .
