It has been more than 4 months and I have not received the product. I have asked several times for a refund and they have refused claiming that the product is on its way to me despite the tracking number they provided being invalid. Do NOT trust this company.

Scam. They are thrives. They take money and never give you your product. They took advantage of people who were in a Stay At Home situation. Horrible people. I'm disputing charges and reporting to Attorneys General office

This is a fraudulent Company. Don't Buy from here. Same as everyone else below. They will charge your card, give you a tracking Number 2 months later that STILL wont work 4 months later. oh and they give you the 'it's stuck in customs' excuse. Which hasn't been an excuse that any other of the companies I have ordered from overseas. DON'T RISK IT!

SCAM! ordered in March, its August haven't recieved. Got email from their customer support saying it would be 30 more days from April 15. Tracking number doesn't exist.

I ordered my product on April 9 it is now July 31 and I was told to wait various different time frames including 113 days which is today. I do not care to ever received this product and I am demanding a full refund, with games that this company is playing.
Complete and utter scam!

DO NOT PURCHASE!! I wish I had looked at these reviews! Ordered in May and still not arrived in August. Support cannot track and was just told due to covid it could be 113 days. Ummmm you said possible 25 additional days...not 113!! Have been told sorry and to be patient in 3 diff emails. Informed them I will be contacting my bank.

I ordered it in February and never received it. I had my bank dispute it because they wouldn’t refund me. They kept telling me to just be patient. Thanks to my bank I got my money back. Stay away. There is a FB group of people who were scammed by this company.

I'd give ZERO STARS... I came on here to tell you if you purchased through PayPal, you can submit a claim and they will help fight and get your refund. I ordered back in April and never received, I filed a claim because I purchased through my PayPal account and they helped me receive a refund. How is this website still up???

This is a fake website. I bought an item 3 months ago. I got email saying it was shipped and tracking number doesn’t work. 3 months! And they refuse to give my back! This website is absolutely fake. Don’t shop take risk. They have similar products on amazon go there!

After 4 months I haven’t received it. And They tell me I cant get a refund until I have received the items. Place order April 9. Have sent several emails and I do get a response. I requested a refund since its been 4 months. Answer was: We're sorry to hear about your wish to cancel/refund, unfortunately, we can't cancel your order as the terms and conditions state that cancellations, and therefore refunds, will only be processed upon receiving the item, kindly check our cancellation/refund policy in our website through this link (link to drawlify page) . Even if there's no shipping progress yet, your order has already been processed, hence we can't grant your request to cancel and refund for now.
Tracking says: Item being sent to [SHENZHEN, Chna] Logistics Centre on May 1 And no more progress. I understand the current situation with Covid and I have been patient, but I placed the order on April 9 and I am writing this review on July 29.

Ordered in March 2020 and am yet to receive product. Emails to customer service go unanswered and cancellation terms require receipt of the product first. Product description does not mention it ships from China. Very questionable company worth having investigated.

I purchased my products from Drawlify back in April and all I keep receiving is excuses and no refund. This company is a scam.

Absolute scam. Ordered my painting back in April, it is now end of July and I have yet to receive it—even though shipping was only supposed to take a few weeks max. They are now refusing to give me a refund. Do not buy from them.

Wow, I cannot believe all the people that got scammed. The Drawlify ad popped up on Instagram and like other people, I also purchased months ago and it never arrived. After doing some initial research and noticing that Amazon also sold the same products but had some shipment delays due to the start of covid, I felt comfortable to purchase from what I thought was directly from the source. Big mistake. Excuse after excuse for the shipment not coming; also received fake tracking numbers; then I was told that their return policy is only available after I receive the actual product.. which never came... and will never come (it's been 4 months and a few days... yet they still won't issue a refund insisting that it's coming any day now...). Definitely do NOT buy from this company. I'm thinking of reporting them to Instagram because Instagram is allowing advertisements for a scam. Also, I will report to my credit card company and dispute the charges. DO NOT BUY!!!

100% agree with previous comments. This is a SCAM. Don't waste your $$$

ordered back in April and now it is end of July and still nothing. Similar to previous comments, customer service gave me a fake tracking number from a shipping company that operates in a foreign language so I couldn't even contact them to get any updates. They also keep copy and pasting the SAME email back to me over and over again telling me to "wait" and "all shipments are received" which is total lies.

Frustrated and I don't know how to report them so they don't keep scamming people!

Terrible don't order, product doesn't ship and you just get charged for it. Their customer service is terrible.

I order a painting back in March and still have not received anything. They were happy to charge my card and provided a fake tracking number. Not to mention it ships from China even though they are a us company?!!

No starts at all.
Based on my personal experience this company is a scam. Almost 4 months of waiting, only excuses, and no problem salvation. All I received after almost 4 months of waiting is an updated tracking number which barely gives me information. Please, choose something else instead Drawlify.

I ordered 2 paintings back in April. I quickly realized after buying that Amazon had cheaper paintings and I would get them in 2 days with prime. I emailed Drawlify and the email from Rhina Dela Cruz said I wasn’t allowed to cancel. I told her that in 3 days, I would be doing a change back dispute with my mastercard. I did get the money back from my MasterCard. In June, I received another email from a guy from Drawlify asking me why I disputed the charge. I told him because I knew I wouldn’t get my merchandise after reading further reviews and that I found product elsewhere. He then gave me the same false tracking number and said they would charge my credit card again. I was also sent an order confirmation from Shopify via Drawlify but never had a charge incur on my credit card. I called them out on their business ethics and I’m really hoping they don’t go back to charge my credit card. Such a scam company and I will be more cautious going forward to never order from “sponsored” adds on Facebook or Instagram again. Save yourself the hassle and order from Amazon.
