On point quality products and great, seamless delivery.

Everything about the experience was smooth and professional. The product quality was excellent and exactly as described. Delivery was fast and well-packaged, and communication was clear throughout the process. I especially appreciated the attention to detail and reliability. I would definitely recommend this company and would gladly purchase again.

Never received, the tracking number provided was for months predating my order, filed a dispute with paypal in the end. Honestly, I waited so long to treat myself to a scarf (long term illness recovery celebration) and now this whole experience has utterly spoiled the brand for me with such bizarre and shady behavior.

I discovered Drake’s from an Instagram ad. Bought a coat from them as my first purchase. The quality, style, functionality and fit was very well-suited to me.

I ended up ordering more products and all have been excellent and far exceeding what else I have been able to find on the market in all aforementioned regards (style, fit, etc.) at their price points.

With respect to their inventory. High quality materials. Fit is true to size with breathing room, which is best, as the alternative is too big and loose with fabric draping or tight and gripping inherent in some other brands I’ve purchased from. Overall, they have excellent craftsmanship and make.

So far I have never had any issues with any items from a quality or style standpoint. Only some sizing discrepancies in some unique garments such as the wool blanket vest which fits large. But that can easily be resolved by returning, which brings me to my next point.

I always read every type of review (although in this case, the majority of reviews say good things, and I would agree with the majority of the reviews they are representative) and I was a bit apprehensive based on a couple previous charged reviews (which I believe are either inaccurate or biased and do not evidence objective fact/evidence well enough) but I can say that as of 2026 they have excellent customer service and accommodation. Returned 1 product due to incorrect size (which I have to re-order). I saw the refund transaction on my bank account pending within 1 week, so that’s pretty quick and reassuring. The returns portal indeed works and makes it super easy to return. The entire fee including taxes and duties are refunded (charged at checkout) which is highly convenient and wonderful. It’s also charged in your local currency to avoid FX fees, which is a plus too.

At all times I had been in touch with customer service via email and they always promptly respond including to follow-ups within a day or two and will provide the answer you may be looking for and assist if there is any problem.

I think shipping depends on destination country, but mine were used with DHL and shipping was always super quick within 1 week. Order Fri-Monday (maybe even Tues) receive by Friday. Order Tues-Thurs receive next week. The DHL option they use allows you change drop off options such as leave with neighbour etc., change address or change address to pick up at service point.

I had to give 5 stars because I cannot find any flaw. I’ve only had good experiences and my satisfaction exceeded after buying from Drakes. I would recommend.

Great products - fast delivery

I had a really great experience with the online team this week. Some great pieces in at the moment and they were really helpful with sizing. I would recommend.

Very disappointing customer service. Any attempt at a reasonable conversation was shut down by rigid policy responses, with no flexibility or consideration of context whatsoever. As a long-term customer and avid fan of the brand, this was especially frustrating. Drake’s presents itself as a premium, customer-focused brand, yet the reality is an inflexible approach that leaves no room for common sense — even during the Christmas period. Potential customers should be aware, if your situation falls even slightly outside the rulebook, don’t expect understanding or goodwill. A shame, as the products themselves deserve better support.

Fast delivery but real issues on returns.

Returned via DHL with the prepaid label Drake's provide.

It was twice attempted delivery at Drake's warehouse I'm assuming and both times the premises has either been closed or not accepted the return.

It is now sat at the DHL warehouse.

I reached out to Drake's to ask them to chase and sort with DHL, who I would not typically use to return but have had no response in over 48 hours.

Fast shipping and great products. As an international buyer, I love the fact taxes and duties are pre-paid by the payment system, avoiding me admin hassle.

I have to say for a supposedly high-end company, I am extremely disappointed by the levels of organisation, coordination and customer service I've been subject to on a recent order which ran into the thousands of pounds (and which I have still not received). Days of silence from customer service representatives, poor stock-taking (ordered items actually unavailable, perhaps more than once?), and no answer by phone (twelve dial outs). Sort yourselves out. Your clothing is expensive. It's not hard to respond to an email, still less ten. People typically buy suits for occasions; often, as in my case, they flag the urgency of the purchase. Your inattentive and chaotic systems really add an unnecessary layer of stress to a process which should be much much smoother at this price point. The joy of British tailoring used to be in its smoothness, its attentiveness, its care. In this case none of these qualities are present. I would appreciate a rapid response on this urgent matter.

I’m really impressed with Drake’s! The clothes are beautifully made, and the online shopping experience was smooth and easy. My order arrived quickly and looked even better in person. Will definitely shop again.
