We booked a table for 13, 2 of whom were coeliac. The verandah was pleasant & the table nicely set.
The staff were well mannered.
Having conveyed the coeliac diets by mail, & telephone & when ordering, one meal had to be sent back as croutons had been added.
Generally food was OK. Around half of us had pommes fritter which everyone agreed were practically cold.
We could have all said 'our chips are cold', 3 felt there burgers were too'pink', so yes, we could have sent them back, too. One felt the rødspætter filets were dry. But it was a celebration dinner & it's not pleasant Having to send so many meals back. As I said, it was OK. Would I book there again, probably not.

We had a birthday lunch buffer for 32 people. Everything worked, food was fabulous and as ordered. We had booked beverages ad libitum throughput and the hotel generously kept glases full - served bottles - right till the end.

Hotel is authentic, old and clean, and prices are more than reasonable.
