Fantastic little company. The staff are really knowledgable and friendly and my dog loves everything!! She always knows when it’s her parcel on the door mat! Cannot recommended them enough!!

Nothing but praise especially seeing as my dog has numerous protein allergy issues. With it being sourced by Laura herself, I had confidence that the food and treats were 100% what they say they are. Some of the products available has given Cookie plenty of distraction time as well as entertainment in sniffing them out when dotted in random places. The raw food advice was also appreciated in order to keep to a healthy weight as well as allergy management. Finally the prices are very reasonable considering products are sustainably sourced.

We have been using Dragonfly Products for a while, I think it was not long after they opened!! Their treats are amazing quality, reasonably priced and arrive within a few days of being ordered!! Its a one stop shop, treats, chews, raw food, dry food, supplements, grooming any much more!! You always get a prompt response to any questions or queries i have had on any product's. I wouldn't go anywhere else for my 2 cavapoos treats and chews, they are the best!!! We can't wait to try their raw food on their next order!!

Used dragonfly products for the first time. Cannot rave enough about them. My dog especially loved the yak bar. Kept him entertained for hours.

I have been purchasing healthy dog treats from dragonfly for my two dogs for a long while now and they have always been really helpful with advise, friendly and efficient.
And most importantly my dogs LOVE their treats that come quickly after ordering in what they see as "the magic box of lovliness has arrived" it's like a party at our house when the postie delivers from them.
I have also recently started using their flea off supplement for my dogs too and so far so good!
*Cheaper than other exact same products*.

Order and/or collect all my dogs food from here now, always got plenty of stock and a large variety too! The staff are always very friendly and helpful online and in store and all their products are always really well made and packaged great too! Lastly, the prices are pretty decent as well, cheaper than most other places I’ve seen or used! Would definitely recommend.

Lovely friendly staff, well stocked shop full of treats and chews that my dog loves. We also get our dog food from there too and can order online if we don't get chance to visit them.

Stumbled across this company online whilst looking for healthy treats to assist in training our new Schnoodle. As a first-time dog owner, the choice of dog treats seemed endless, but I knew I wanted to avoid supermarket food. I called Dragonfly and spoke with Laura and she gave some helpful advice over the phone and I placed an order online, all arrived promptly with DPD and the recommended yak chews have also been a real hit with Elkie and certainly keep her entertained. I have now placed subsequent orders and all have been smooth transactions. These guys/girls certainly know their stuff and thankfully no more trips to pets at home!
