High prices, rare stuff, strange way of doing business

They sell hard to get items in 1/6 scale. The prices are high, but if you want it, you agree with the prices. The main problem is that the quality of the items are not always good. Most of it is second hand and sometimes broken or incomplete. This is not stated in the description of the items and is certainly not taken into account with regard to the price which has to be paid. Also, if you order above the amount of € 400,00, shipping charges are free. When I ordered, I did not know that. Afterwards I became aware of this and lodged a complaint. They did not reimburse anything. I find this rather customer unfriendly to put it mildly.

First class service

I was looking everywhere for a rare sold out Neca Batman Begins 1/4 figure in the UK then finally found one here. The sellers communication was excellent and I received the figure pretty fast.
I would definitely buy from this company again.
