gousto delivery left outside
We had a gousto delivery which was left outside someone else's house in the sun. We didn't find it until two hours after delivery. No text message either to say it had been dumped in the courtyard . We live in a housing complex of 8 properties and we are in Rooftops, on the third floor

The Gousto package was left in the sun
The Gousto package was left at the end of the driveway in the sun. There is perishables in the box and I wasn't aware the package had been delivered as the driver did not ring the doorbell. Really bad service.

total disgrace
total disgrace. i had an email to say my parcel was deleverd and put in my shed, i asked to left in greenhouse. the photo they sent was my parcel in someone elses garden. i called them on the day and gave me some bull story that the driver will pick it up, didnt happen. next day i phoned again and they said they could not get intouch with that driver. gave no reason.

Delivered my parcel to a complete different address which wasnt even on my rd. The customer service team were helpful. They called the driver and made sure he delivered it straight away. Customer service were 5 stars but delivery i would give 0 but no option for that
