Joanne has been really responsive and on the ball from start to finish. I did a fair bit of research before picking a company to go with and there's been a few times during the process where I thought I'm really pleased I went with DP Conveyancing. We were very pleased with our decision…
We were very pleased with our decision to use DP Conveyancing as our solicitor. From the initial instruction, they were extremely prompt, following up with us for any outstanding documents and providing clear guidance on what was needed. We felt well-informed throughout the process and found their team to be consistently professional.
The only area for potential improvement would be in communication around staff absences. Especially during completion week—it would have been helpful to be informed in advance and properly introduced to their covering colleague. A minor detail was missed in the summary of sale, which appeared to be due to staff handover during holiday
I would 100% recommend DP to friends and families and will be using them again if required in the future. Thank you.

Conveyancing with a breath of fresh air
This firm is super efficient and the sale of my house was carried out much smoother and quickerthan I have experienced in the past.
I never had a moments worry that things might have been overlooked or left in abeyance. Shanine and Angela are a great team.

I hadn’t moved house for 25 years - things had changed a lot!
Debbie Taylor and her assistant were great at keeping me informed and telling me what I needed to do.
Moving house is very stressful, but Debbie made it bearable.

I had previously used DP Conveyancing to buy a house, so when it came to moving I knew I would be using them again. As this was the first time I was selling a house as well as buying, I had a lot of questions and both Shanine and Angela were happy to answer them. They were great throughout the setbacks and completed on a date per my request. Very happy with them!

Sharon answered all of my questions/emails (and there were a LOT) very quickly and explained things to me that I did not understand. They provide a tracker so that you can see where you are in the process which is really helpful.......I literally could not recommend them more!!!
