Very happy with my new Zeppelin watch.
Received my new watch 7 business days after ordering. Down Under Watches and DHL kept me informed on the progress of my order. Had a question over the tracking number and Mayuri was very helpful in getting me organised in the tracking process.

I received the watch in good order and timely fashion (pardon the pun) at a great price compared to the retail value. The watches are shipped from Singapore (my instance) rather than Australia which may lengthen delivery time.

Incorrect model watch
Fast delivery; however the model that I received was a different colour then the one I purchased - I purchased a blue victorinox inox automatic and got a black one..
I can’t be bothered with the return timeframe so I will keep the black one instead..
Other then that, the packaging, communication, price were good.

Just brought a seiko snk357
Just brought a seiko snk357. Look goods and everything about watch is good. However when purchasing the watch please be careful as the weekly date is in English and some other language. This was not in description. So before buying I suggest to contact admin and confirm with them. I cut all tags and gave this as a gift. I assume they want all tags still attached. Oh well, learnt my lesson, can't trust the site description 100%

The support has email me saying they are working to fix description for future purchases.
They also advised that for my inconvenience they will give me a good discount next purchase but has requested me to remove the review. Lucky I didnt because when I asked about a similar watch difference design, Another support replied to the email saying they are happy to give me 5% discount. (I was actually expecting 10% with max being 20% especially asking me to remove the review). 5% is pretty dissapointing offer. They should just said, thanks for feedback and they will look to fix description and that it. Overall they tried to make me happy but end up annoying me as a customer more. I definitely wont be coming back. Damage has already been done. I have also put it down to 1 star for wasting my time and requesting me to remove review for a 5% discount.
