Do not order from this company!

Ordered a pair of lady’s shoes on the basis of positive reviews. They took three weeks to arrive and when they did they were too small. Their web site assures a refund on claims made within 14 days of the order - but they took three weeks to arrive! As soon as they arrived I wrote to their ‘support’ site enquiring how I could exchange the shoes for a larger size. Did not receive a reply, nor to the second email I sent them. In short, a total lack of response from their so-called support site.
