Doucce-fake company
I placed an order on August 26, and now, after 10 days, I have not received my products. They have a fake email address on the website. It's not possible to reach them. I don't recommend it. You can find the founders on tracxn website

SHADY BUSINESS - AVOID!
Ordered the same time as I ordered from NARS. The NARS order arrived within a few days. It is now 2 weeks and no notice from Doucce, yet they were quick to take my money! On the website it says my order is UNFULFILLED. Customer Service does not respond to emails and there's no number to call. Products, while good, are often out of stock. I will never order from this badly managed company again.

I ordered over a month ago, have not heard any shipping updates. Tried to contact customer service 5-6x no answer. Wish I had seen these other reviews before ordering!

Beware!
Do not order from this company! They take your money and never ship your order. It is also impossible to get in touch with anyone. I have been trying every form of contact for weeks and can’t get in touch with anyone. I should’ve listened to the reviews on Instagram and Facebook but usually give a company the benefit of the doubt since I’ve ordered from them before. Seems they’ve shut down or something without notifying customers.
