I signed up last week then 3 days later my account was closed for no reason at all. When I read through the terms and conditions it did state they would notify you when they would be closing your account. This did not happen, I did not even get an explanation as to why my account was closed, I never breached any of the terms and conditions either. Very disappointing as I was highly recommended double bubble by one of my friends who recently had a nice win. Least I was able to have what funds were on my account deposited back to me but had to send alot of heavy ID across.

Played this app for a few years now won a fair amount over the years found the app went really bad for paying out over a 6 month period until less that a week ago when I hit the jackpot for £9,500 then another £2000 all in one night took 6 hours for the payment to be received fair to say I was in shock booked a nice holiday for my family 🙌🏻

Opened an account with them and made a deposit. They then closed my account and kept my money. Tried to raise the issue all they say it’s they reserve the right to do that and my account was closed because failed verification no one knows why. Ive been with this site since 2018 and Although I've never won a jackpot on the game I always play, double bubble triple jackpot(except once on the demo...unfortunately), I have had my fair share of decent wins.
Yeah sometimes you can spend alot and win nothing or you can spend alil and win alot....just down to luck we've all been there and yes it can be frustrating when you dont win but you have to be in it to win it.
