Used to enjoy playing on this site it's the only one I use and have been a loyal and consistent player with them but lately it's just taking taking and taking literally giving zero wins I thought they'd be more laws on this sort of money making schemes in this day and age but somehow they get away with it can imagine the shareholders and big bosses all getting big fat bonuses for absolutely nothing

Never used this company, they somehow have my number registered to a woman called Joanne.
I have repeatedly contacted them asking them to remove my number under GDPR (still have the logs), each time they say it has been carried out.
Only to later get a bunch of spam messages addressed to Joanne.
I have made it clear that I have not consented to my data being processed by this website and requested its removal, they always say they will comply and then don't.
I would recommend avoiding this website as they are incapable of handling data in a way that is legally compliant and a complaint has been made to the ICO.

Deposited £150 on wife’s card by accident, they had no problem taking it at the time won £500 withdrew and then they VOIDED the withdrawal due to terms and conditions yet they had NO PROBLEM taking the deposits and are apparently sending me only £50 back
So they have gained over £600 because of a small error absolute joke of a site they are thieves!!! Oh and they’ve closed all my accounts permanently

Honestly the most disgusting casino I've played at... A few years back when it was "heartbingo" or whatever, before the switch over... This casino was fair... Then enters DoubleBubble... Oh dear, what a disaster this casino has been since it became DoubleBubble. Misleading promotion wording leading one into a false sense of ideal regarding a friend referral, friend registration, deposit and wager.

Both me and the other are dissatisfied with the websites smallprint terms and conditions which convey a completely different meaning.

Indifferent customer service response throwing me and the other back and forth with customer services.

I would not recommend this product for trusted, reliable and honest casino experiences.

Would have 0 stars if was a option been on all these sites including virgin games jackpotjoy ect for years and years never been a problem until all of a sudden tried to login about a week ago and all accounts closed!
