I have used Double 8 tickets three times now over the last few years to get concert tickets for high demand shows which have been sold out. Yes, the tickets have been expensive and a bit over the odds. However, I have found Double 8 say it as it is and provide a good service. I just got good tickets for Springsteen in Liverpool and the tickets were emailed 5 days before the event. There is a phone line with a real person who reassured me about ticket release times which is good. I would use them again if needed.

I bought in Dec two tickets for Eric Clapton's concert on May 24. And I paid a fortune. But tickets have not arrived. I am flying to London just for that in 2 days. I am emailing Double8tickets and calling them.But get no answer, which I found unbelievable. I feel I have been cheated.

Selling tickets for the "wrong" date is not a good way to keep customers happy. The aggro and cost of changing transport and a hotel was amazing

Got a pretty good seat at the sold out Paul McCartney concert. Yes it was VERY expensive, but I was grateful to get into the concert. Ticket purchase and delivery process was smooth.

Seats were good ones and you are usually good to me, you made up for giving me awful seats once by giving me better ones next concert I booked with you.
However, seats were cramped and you can’t prescribe for the people behind you that dig their knees in your back and scream out from time to time. Although we were the row behind the disabled, 3 people were standing up right at the front of that part when there was no need to stand because they could see perfectly well sitting with whoever disabled they were with, in fact one lady blocking our direct view of the stagnation all the time.
Now this isn’t Double Eights fault but just to illustrate you may pay a lot for tickets that are good seats, but some people can spoil the experience for you.

I'd given up hope of seeing Paul McCartney until an email from Double8 arrived and I snapped two up. They were as described and the process was hassle free. I have used Double8 and am always happy with their service

Got these tickets at well below face value. They arrived the next day. I rang 88 first to check how they'd be delivered. I didn't have to wait on the phone and the service online and on the phone was great. Highly recommend.

Excellent show by Mister Dylan and so glad that I now saw him once live. The wonderful atmosphere at the Royal Albert was an additional bonus.
Found out about the show when it was already sold out, but it was handy to get a ticket via Double8. Thank you
