I purchased a mattress protector based on a third party recommendation. Unfortunately The product didn’t work for my needs and I had to return but the customer service is incredible! They worked with me quickly to get the issue fixed and got refunded quickly. Very satisfied with the incredible customer service.

I love this pillow sleeping on my back it’s amazing! It just didn’t work out for sleeping on my side. Customer service was amazing and ensured I got the right size and made return easy.

Customer service was excellent. The pillow didn't quite fit my needs, but they are certainly high quality products. The refund policy is user-friendly, and they stand behind their word.

The customer service team was wonderful and helped me to pick the pillow that would work best for me when the one I ordered wasnt a fit. After suffering a neck injury struggling to find a pillow has been such a chore, they made the task a much better experience. The exchange was seamless and shipping was quick. Now I have less (if any) neck pain when I wake up!

While the pillow did not work for me, customer service was responsive and my refund was initiated quickly. It's only been 2 days since it was initiated so we'll see if it comes through; I assume it will.

Amazing company with S-tier customer service.

Unfortunately, my topper wasn't the best fit for my body. I have a back injury that I'm healing. Thought this topper would be the perfect thing to push me across the line. Unfortunately the zone placement of the stiffer support wasn't right for me and my journey.

Dosaze listened to me. Didn't push. They took care of me. I love that they honor sustainability and helping the community. I'll be recommending them and purchasing other products in the future.

My first dosaze pillow was fab for a year! I replaced and then that pillow just wasn't enough. More of a me problem than Dosaze. The return process has been nothing short of amazing and I highly recommend Dosaze.

The contoured orthopedic pillow was the perfect combo of support, firmness and height! It shipped quickly, and I really appreciated how there was no smell/off-gassing! That's a big problem in other brands. The pillow also stayed cool all night. Really worth the price!

I'd like to express my appreciation for the excellent customer service I received in the return process. I was clearly guided with my options and was able to donate the product to a local charity and receive a full refund. I like how the Dosaze company is being considerate of the environment and not discarding return items.

I accidentally bought the two travel pillows and decided to not order the larger size pillows. I am on the hunt for the shortest possible pillow and the travel height was just too high for me. But the pillow was extremely comfortable!
I was quickly given a refund and told to pass along the two pillows as they believe in sustainability. I am happily bringing the travel pillows to our homeless shelter, the smaller pillows with the travel bag would be so helpful for them!
