Customer service was amazing , first pillow wasn’t a perfect fit , a bit too firm thought the shape was perfect. I got a slightly softer pillow sent to be quickly. Great company and products !

The pillow itself (or rather 2 different ones) did not end up working for me. I really wanted to like them given their consistently high ratings on multiple consumer review sites. However the pillows themselves unfortunately caused me a lot of neck and head discomfort. However the customer service was outstanding. Not only did they offer to provide me a different pillow to try (at no cost) but they willingly refunded my money when the 2nd pillow also failed to meet my needs. I would recommend this company’s products based on customer service alone and hope their pillows work for others.

I purchased a king mattress topper in hopes of making a bad mattress better. The topper helped but didn't fully meet our needs. The return department was very helpful in making the exchange, though it did take several emails to accomplish this.
They offered the full refund if I donated the topper to a local charity or shelter. I greatly respect their policy towards waste.
I would definitely use Dosaze in the future.

They required multiple email correspondences to actually receive my refund. They ultimately allowed me to keep the pillows while providing me with a refund which was very nice.

Great customer service. Well made, great materials, quality and build on the pillow. I purchased the contour version which didn't work for my unique cervical issue and their response and follow through on my return was stellar. I do highly recommend you try their products.

I was excited to try this pillow, but unfortunately it didn’t quite meet my expectations. It wasn’t as cool as advertised, and I didn’t get the level of support I was hoping for during sleep. I still experienced discomfort and found myself needing to readjust throughout the night.

That said, the customer service was excellent. The team was responsive, professional, and genuinely helpful throughout the process. While the pillow wasn’t the right fit for me, I appreciate the great customer support and their willingness to assist.

The pillow turned out not to suit me and my particular problem with the neck. However, the team at Dosaze were great in their customer care. Emails were responded to promptly, politely and usefully. I appreciated their efforts at sustainability of their product. Return and refund was swift, so ultimately I had a great experience with the company.

The Dosaze customer service team was very good. They were responsive, understanding, and problem solvers. I my particular case, the pillow and pillow case that i purchased just did not work out form. And my purchase came with a free orthopedic pillow (which my wife loves!). I initiated the return process fully expecting a return mailing label with instructions to return everything (i.e., the pillow, pillow case, and the complimentary orthopedic pillow). Instead, Dosaze very graciously refunded all of my money and allowed me to keep everything that was delivered. This was a one time offer with gentle instructions to donate the pillow and case to someone who could use them. They even allowed us to keep the complimentary ortho pillow. This is beyond kind and generous. I am a Dosaze fan for life and will recommend this company to anyone looking for bedding stuff. It just that the pillow and case did not work out for me. Thank you Dosaze!

After shopping around for a new pillow for some time, to help reduce my neck pain, I finally settled on a Dosaze™ Contoured Orthopedic Pillow as the design looked like it would suit me, and they had great customer feedback. Bought the pillow, it arrived a day later, tried it for three weeks and unfortunately it was not for me. After contacting the support team, they offered to send me another pillow, at no additional charge, to try. All risk free. Second pillow arrived a day later, and was far too big for me. When I emailed Michael to let him know, he asked me to donate the second pillow (and give the first pillow to a family member or a friend) and simply show a donation receipt for the one pillow and they would fully refund me. I tried donating to all the usual sources, Red Cross, Vinnies, RSPCA and Savers, but no organisation would accept used pillows. I contacted Micheal at Dosaze customer service again with my dilemma, and he asked that I please give the second pillow away in order to ensure it doesn't go to land fill, and he will still refund me. No questions asked. Two days later, I have my full refund. So, a long story, and my first ever review on Trustpilot to state that DOSAZE stands by their advertised policies. If their pillows help your neck, head or shoulder pain, brilliant! But if it doesn't, they will completely and absolutely honour their full refund policy, without any hidden loopholes. So buy a pillow. Thank you Dosaze, and your excellent customer service, for restoring some of my faith in online companies. I am only sorry your pillows did not help my condition.

I was excited to receive the pillow but unfortunately my neck is so small that it did not fit well enough to use. The customer service was excellent and issued a full refund. Super company to work with!

I bought the mattress topper because of two things. One, I have allot of hip pain and need some relief of the pressure my mattress puts on it and two, to dissapate some of my body heat. It’s an excellent topper and it has cooled my bed down but the firmness wasn’t the right for me personally. Dosaze has been wonderful to work with and would highly recommend them.

4 stars due to customer service. Pillow wasn't a good fit for me, just not firm enough. However, customer service was excellent. They let me trial a different style pillow and refunded my purchase when neither worked out for me.

Customer service was great. Original pillow just didn't work, so they sent me a thicker pillow at no cost. That, in today's world, is amazin.

This company will not honor their return policy. They claim that they have a 60-day trial period, but when you contact them to initiate a return, they give you the runaround. First, they will offer you a different type of pillow and a $10 gift card. If you refuse that option, they will ask you to donate your pillow and take a photo of the donation receipt in order to get the refund. When I refused to do so, because I live nowhere near a donation center, and requested again that they give me my money back and allow me to return the pillow, they completely ghosted me. Once again, I received an email this morning that they are referring my concerns to “their team.” for review. I think “their team“ must be comprised of amnesiacs, because this is the third time that someone has sent that to me as a response, and never heard back from anyone. After three straight days of incessant emails, and nastiness, they finally issued me a refund, but no consumer should have to jump through hoops like this to get a company to honor their advertised return policy.

I purchased bedding that I realized I couldn't use. Even though the packaging was unopened and brand new, customer service said they didn't take returns, BUT they would refund my purchase if I donated them and provided proof. What a great company philosophy! So I donated the sheets to a veterans organization, provided the necessary proof, and Dosaze refunded me. Their customer service is always friendly and quick to respond, and I love their message (as well as their product). When I need bedding in the future, I am absolutely coming to them.
