If I could put 0 I would. I ordered in December last year, received my order confirmation and then heard nothing. I reached out via their Shopify shop and on Instagram and messaged Shopify directly to see if they could get in contact and I heard nothing back. Days later, their shop was taken down and never received my order or refunds. Having spoken to others, they've experience similar issues

I put a star only because I have to. I have never regretted an order so much in my life. I ordered several items for Christmas on December 17 that I never received. Despite 7 reminder emails, the first of which was sent 1 month after the order date (the site indicated a shipping time of 3 to 4 weeks), several requests made to Shopify and several comments left on social networks, I had NEITHER my order NOR the refund requested. It should be forbidden to let this type of person open online businesses, because the only thing the saleswoman do is to scam people. However, she continues to publish TikToks and that, without any problem strangely. 😑

DO NOT USE! Ordered months ago, had no issues taking my money but definitely had issues sending the item!! No communication, ignored every method and deleted all my comments on social media! So disappointed 😔

Ordered 2 months ago and nothing has been sent. Emails to them ignored and no communication whatsoever. They took my money and that was the end of it.

Absolutely awful! I ordered 2 blind date with a books for two of my sisters for Christmas, I was charged for both but only received one, I have been trying to get in touch with them ever since and just get no answer, tik tok says they can’t receive messages and every other avenue gets no reply. I ended up ordering from another company who were brilliant, great communication and lovely products. Do not waste your time and money ordering from this company

Ordered start December 2025 for a Christmas gift for my wife.... Wrote to them tough December but no anwser.
After 10 Messengers via Facebook, Instagram and email no anwser before calling them out in the comments on Instagram.... They cancelled my order and again ghosted me and blocked me.

Still havnt received my money.

And all negative comments on Instagram and tictock is deleted (tested with another Account)

Can see in my bank statements they have charched me for two orders (only order one)

Please dont waste your money on this Scam!

If I could put no stars I would. Placed my order with a delivery time of 2 weeks. Overall it took 5 weeks to come, and I had to chase them up to find out where it was as they hadn’t updated the tracking. Upon finally getting my order, the lid of my glass was missing from the box. Chased them up again to see if they’d just send out my lid for my glass. They completely ignored my email. Emailed them again and they ignored it a second time. Haven’t tried since as it’s pointless. They’re so rude to paying customers and the customer service is non existent. Would not recommend.

Would give 0 if possible.
Emails ignored, courier tracking not recognised (parcel has not been handed over). Lots of social media comments saying the same.
Please dont waste your money. Incredibly disappointing and immature company.

If I could give a zero review I would..

Purchased a mystery book and kindle stickers back in July 2025. Got the notification from Royal Mail that it was delivered 2 months later.. nothing came. I contacted AUSPOST and they confirmed nothing arrived in Australia. I tried contacting the store SEVERAL times for a few months after and thought I might get a refund (she replied twice saying I would) and never got it or heard back. Luckily my bank gave me the money back and I still haven’t heard from the store. Please do not buy from here. Severely disappointed with this store.

The Order took way longer then estimated on the website. Wich personally I don’t have an issue with if they get back to you and explain why. But there was no communication. They only started replaying to me after commenting under their videos on IG. My comments were deleted by the way. At the end I had to threaten to call my bank to get the money back in order for my order being dispatched…
The order it self was disappointing. So the packeting was cute and some if the goodies were nice. And I am happy with the cup. But the bookmark is just an ugly pice of cardboard not the nice ones displayed on the picture on the website. And instead of a nice fantasy book I got a spicy fantasy book… yea okey I know still fantasy… but still if I wanted something spicy I would order the spicy one and not the fantasy one. Overall not worth your time or money

Wish I didn’t waste my time. There are lots of better companies online that do the same thing but you actually receive your order on time and get a response from the company.

I placed an order on 1st October and have still not received it. After emailing the company twice, I finally got a response asking for my order number, which I do not have because the order does not appear in my account. I provided full payment details as requested, but have received no further communication or resolution.

This lack of transparency and poor customer service is unacceptable. I would not recommend this company, as they have failed to deliver the product or provide timely support.

Disappointing.
Took ages to receive, well over the estimated shipping time, about 6 weeks. Had actually given up on it due to lack of communication.
Instead of the good bookmark I was expecting received a naff piece of card which has found its way straight to the bin.
The flower pin on the front is nowhere to be seen.
Glad I ordered this as a trial for potential Christmas presents, wouldn’t bother.
Such a shame, was looking forward to receiving it!!

This is the first time I have written a review, let alone a bad one because this was just so strange. I had placed my order on the 14th September of this year and didn’t mind the processing time at all (14 days). A few days later I was given a tracking number for Yodel, but ever since was met with an error message that they don’t have any information of that number. And so for waiting for almost six weeks for an update that never seemed to happen, i reached out to the company. However, they didn’t respond to my first email at all and so I had to send another email about the situation. I also commented on her social media post (instagram) asking if she could help resolve the issue but that message was deleted. I, then reached out to another people that I caught on her comments asking her about the same issue to see if they had their problem solved but they told me they never did. it was only after commenting on a few posts about it, that she eventually reached out to me on instagram and magically the tracking changed from an error to it being delivered by monday. The parcel was delivered and early so it’s the only reason my rating is higher than what it should be but in terms of everything else is where the ratings fall because it was all just completely outrageous especially for a company that promotes her business on instagram with videos everyday showing off how amazing and quick she can package someone’s order but with a majority of them, it ends up like this or worse.

Shocking ‘company’. DOES NOT reply to any queries, DM’s or emails. Then when you question anything as a comment on their (frequently uploaded) instagram posts the comment will be deleted so there’s no negative comments.. sent 4 emails over the course of a few weeks and no reply apart from one ‘automated reply’ on the 2nd email which came through 20 mins later so I call BS it’s automated. It’s a borderline SCAM. Its a slap in the face sending a company your money for a product, not receiving it in a reasonable timeframe, get ignored to any means of reaching out to the company and then they promote on their social media almost daily as well as like and reply to ‘nice’ comments. Never use this company it doesn’t deserve anyone’s hard earned cash. If I could put 0 stars - I would.

Disappointed and Feeling Scammed

I placed an order with The Dopamine Club on 14th September 2025, purchasing a mystery bundle costing £35. It’s now 14th October and I still haven’t received anything.

I’ve emailed the business twice with no reply, and the tracking number I was given simply says ‘invalid’. After looking into it further, it seems I’m not the only one – several others appear to have had the exact same issue.

The Instagram page and website look great, but unfortunately, the customer service is completely lacking, which really lets the whole thing down.

I’m not usually someone who leaves negative reviews, and I feel awful having to write this – but after a month with no product, no updates, and no response, I honestly feel scammed. Extremely disappointed.

I give 2 stars only because I received something, but my overall experience was not satisfying.
The problem is that I wrote to the seller about a cup that was no longer available and asked if there was any chance I could still get it somehow. She replied that it was possible, all I had to do was order a random cup and send her the order number. Everything was fine until that point.
Then, she started replying only after a long time. I wanted to change my address but gave up after I couldn’t communicate with her about the payment.
I received my order last week, but I placed it in late June. Not only had I almost forgotten about this shipment (since I was hoping to have it still in summer), but the cup also doesn’t have the promised pattern. It has the random pattern that I’d ordered, and obviously I didn’t want just a random cup for that price…
It could have been a great experience, because the packaging was nice and the product came with a little card with safety details and everything. But I think the seller should take a break or two , or at least, please don’t promise something you can’t keep, like the shipping timeline or a specific pattern I asked for.
And please, COMMUNICATE if you can’t make it. It’s not that hard.

What a gorgeous small business I have found in the Dopamine Club! The blind book bundle is brilliant! I ordered the thriller version one first and loved it that much I have now ordered the romance version. I have spoken with Lauren via email (the lovely lady behind this company) and was so impressed with the customer service too. This is for sure a business I will continue to use - great for gift surprises for loved ones too!! Thank you!!

Utter scam. Wish I’d read this before! Order hasn’t arrived for a friend’s birthday and won’t reply to any of my attempts to contact them.
Waste of moneh and puts small business to shame

I placed an order over a month ago with The Dopamine Club, with international shipping to Europe clearly advertised as 3 to 5 working days. Despite repeated emails and assurances that my order would be shipped promptly, it has still not arrived.

The website promises clear processing and shipping times, yet my order has now exceeded 35 days with no satisfactory update or resolution. Attempts to obtain a refund or confirmation of shipment have been ignored or delayed repeatedly.

This level of service is unacceptable. I strongly caution anyone considering ordering from this store, as they fail to meet their advertised delivery commitments.
