This company ran a lottery collecting subs, via my mobile phone account, using a reference text number 72700. It was for a charity I supported in Gloucestershire.
In September 2023 however, I moved to Devon, BLOCKED that text number to stop deductions.
Since that date, without my permission, DONR LTD has continued to deduct £2 weekly for NO CHARITY, without the receipts like previous, and using the TEXT NUMBER 70745 against my sane mobile number.
They have deducted £88 over and above what I gave them permission to do.
I am at fault for not checking my mobile bills closely. However on DONR website it says they will refund monies.
I wrote by email yesterday to request a full refund. I also tried all their "help" numbers but there was never anyone to deal with callers.
Having contacted them by email, I have now had a full refund of the £88 to my bank account and an apology from DONR.
I no longer have any issues with them and for all of the time I was properly informed of my lottery donations. As soon as I contacted the company they were very quick and polite in making amends. Thank you DONR

A fantastic platform for text donations. Our charity uses Donr regularly for fundraising, and are so pleased with it that it's the only text donation platform we use or recommend. We signed up in December 2020 and have used Donr for 4 separate fundraisers in this time.
Donr is easy to use and the only time I have had a query that the website itself couldn't answer a (Sunday) e-mail was not only replied to within 24 hours but in doing so told me that the issue I had raised had been dealt with that morning (which it had)
In a world where so much online business can be exasperating/maddening, I have to say that on my experience Donr have nailed it, so well done!
Donr is one of our fundraising partners. Due to our own inexperience we have had to clarify some procedural matters and have found their customer service to be unfailingly outstanding. They respond cheerfully, quickly, patiently and expertly and solve any matter with impressive clarity.

Absolutely superb customer service from start to finish! I cannot recommend enough. Thank you, Donr for your help in setting up our account in record time and for guiding us through the logistics. Your sign up system is the best I've ever seen. Extremely intuitive and quick. Your business model of no up front fees or ongoing commitments is perfect for a small charity like ours, only just starting to work with text giving. The charging system is very fair, too, at 5% of donation (and all Gift Aid is retained by the charity, unlike other providers). At this time of extreme difficulties for all charities, you have provided a super easy and affordable alternative, with great support to boot. So glad you are there!
We were able to get up and running with our first text donation campaign super quickly - within an hour or two of registering for an account. The charges are low in comparison with other providers, the system has been really easy to use and the customer service I've received when contacting the team with questions has been exemplary - they've been quick to respond, any issues have been swiftly resolved and they've been lovely to deal with.
Would definitely recommend, thus far!

I looked at several providers and Donr stood out on price and service. There were lots of positive comments about Callum's helpful support and we discovered they are all true. Donr is quick and easy to set up and there's lots of help to get started without the dreaded ticketing system!
I had a very short notice project which involved a tight print deadline. From the point of emailing my questions I received excellent customer service in the form of quick response, accurate and helpful information and even input to put my mind at rest that I was running the correct campaign for our needs. I dealt with Callum and he really represented Donr well.
