Awful protocol in place
Awful protocol in place. Lovely engineer. Fridge has been defrosted several times and freezer will not unfreeze. Was told I need a new fridge but they cannot help until I defrost fridge which has already been done. Get insurance elsewhere.

I have already answered this question but will do it again to make sure that Luke does not miss out!He was excellent, The company was able to provide a speedy and effective service and Luke arrived as arranged, He explained exactly what was wrong with our machine and then put it right quickly and without fuss. He was polite, he was competent, he made absolutely no mess. What more could I say. He gets FIVE stars because we cannot award six!
