We had Tony come out to check our fridge freezer as Domex are the company LG use. After a very bad experience with LG customer service, Domex was the opposite. GreY knowledge, good customer service skills & he managed to fix our fridge freezer but showed us the problem. Highly recommended Domex

12 month repair guarantee is not true
I organised a washing machine repair through Domex. Their website says that ‘our work is guaranteed for 12 months’. The repair lasted 33 days. I called to organise someone to come back and have another look at the washing machine only to be advised that the repair was only guaranteed for 30 days and I would have to pay new fees for another call out and repair.
As I look through the Domex Website there’s another part that gives the 12 month guarantee as a reason for choosing Domex. ‘All washing machine repairs include a 12-month guarantee on the repaired fault and fitted parts (excluding cosmetic items), giving you confidence once the job is done.’
Don’t use Domex, folks. Their guarantee and promises are just not true.

Not very impressed
Not very impressed. Enginer came to get repair Samsung W/ machine done nothing . He said as just in and out . He just put cleaning liquid and left machine on . He did not bothered to have look properly the issue why enough water is not getting in the machine and clothes come out with dry and smelly. Still have same issue . Paying for all 12 mts and asking help for one month still not getting proper service .

However, we have not received any further contact from you or a new repair request from Domestic & General to advise us that the appliance is still not working as expected.

I have used Domex a few times over the last 10 years and would say that they are great! Have always managed to fix my appliances and in a professional manner. Very transparent with no hidden charges etc.

The engineer had to drain the machine…
The engineer had to drain the machine but didn’t have a tray to drain the water into .
He asked if we had a suitable tray but we didn’t and so we gave him 3 towels to absorb the water
I would have thought that this was a regular procedure and he should have had a suitable tray
The machine is now working thanks
