Pretty disappointing first experience. I placed a large order of sugar free syrups, all in stock at time, only to be told a day or so after, after you’d taken my payment that one was out of stock. This was followed by no further notification of other items being out of stock, however, upon checking the status of my order, further items no longer in stock, and here we are today, many weeks later, monitoring the status of the second part of the order, more items not available, yet no communication. I ended up cancelling the rest and losing the discount, so should have just purchased from the company who make the syrups directly.
Shocking customer service and product ‘availability’. Will never use this company again!

I’ve ordered from Dolphin fitness many times with no issues.
I have written to them to make a formal complaint regarding a bottle of Floradix Floravital Liquid that I purchased.

While taking the product, I discovered several pieces of what appears to be foreign material floating in the liquid. I attached a photographs showing one of the pieces that I removed with a spoon. This is extremely concerning, as it presents a potential choking hazard and raises serious questions about the product’s quality and safety. There is also green mould on the underside of the lid.

As this is a food supplement intended for consumption, I find this issue completely unacceptable. I have stopped using the product immediately and am concerned that I may already have consumed other contaminated material without realising it.

I would like you to:

* Investigate this matter as a matter of urgency.
* Arrange a full refund or replacement.
* Advise how you would like the affected product returned for inspection.
* Confirm whether this issue has been reported by other customers and whether it has been referred to the manufacturer.

For traceability purposes, I can provide the batch number, expiry date, and order details if required.

I look forward to your prompt response. Given the potential safety implications, I would appreciate this matter being treated with the seriousness it deserves.

From time to time I need something in my stocks of supplements to be topped up. Very often I find that the price of the items from Dolphin Fitness are lower than other suppliers. The items always come well packaged and to my front door. I am very happy with their service.
