The experience with Dollar wasn't good except for Obi

The experience with Dollar wasn't good at the beginning as we rented a 12 seats van and we finish to have a 15 seats van with no room for luggages for our group. This effected us by losing 5 hours at the airport waiting for a solution and missing the possibility to enjoy part of our day plan.
The only good thing was Obi, the guy that helped us by solving the problem. He was very helpful and managed to give us what we have booked for. Dollar should give him a promotion for his proficiency but need to improve the booking experience or explain better the type of car you are booking and inform people if any changes.
