I dont drink coffee but my husband does so he relies on me buying .he is always using the coffee .

Several of the items that I regularly purchased are no longer available and the monthly order that I used was suspended for far to long. It is now more convenient to purchase from Amazon

Excellent tastes and machine convenience.
Only problem is there's lately just too much choice of flavours - while my old favourites seem to be discontinued!
I don't find the new ones to be any better- and am really missing those I'd originally enjoyed, and had associated with the special Dolce Gusto experience.
That identity gets lost, as you keep changing what's already great.
All the new ones are just like any other good coffee. Nothing special. "If it aint broke, don't fix it!
Bring back the originals PLEASE!

I have been using Nescafe Dolce Gusto for a few years it is easy to order and items are usually delivered fairly quickly and customers do get good value for money and service They also offer descaling products and recycling bags for pods to be recycled via being picked up or returned to the manufacturers

Because of banking error my recent payment was not accepted.this after several years of ordering from you.

More Decaf options as I have acid reflux and dietary requirements so I can’t drink caffeinated very often. So I would love to see more decaf options for the likes of cappuccino, latte, mocha etc as these are the main coffees I drink, but are the most popular. Of the options I have tried and that is available to me. In my opinion the decaf americano is really not to my taste as there’s no milk obviously and I have to add my own. Then the the cafe au lait option is a little bit better, but still not to my taste. It’s not a cappuccino!!!
More and more people would love to see a better choice when it comes to decaf for many reasons not just mine. Please please look at this.

I love the large selection of drinks, my favorite being Americano Intenso and all quick and easy to make.

would have been 5 star but i have had a few pods that didnt pop and the pressure built up inside

I loved the new Americano Intenso when it was intensity 9, and likened it to a past favourite Americano Bold Morning. This was very quickly changed to a level 8 intensity and became yet another bitter tasting coffee. I find the normal Americano has a similar flavour and as I only drink black coffee I am now left with a Dolce Gusto machine with no Dolce Gusto coffee I like.

Enjoy the choice of flavours and great to have them all on hand to drink at home.
