Awful service

Awful service. They are not flexible and communicative. I made an order, but I couldn’t receive my medicine. I really needed my medicine asap…So as they said there was a problem with delivery. And I wrote to customer service, but dokteronline didn’t even check status of my order, they send me email with assessment. After 3 weeks my medicine came back to dokteronline. And I asked them refund my money, because I don’t need that medicine anymore. But there was no choice.
They just forced you to buy it or it will be annulated. I just lost my money.

Parcel shipped, they say, and never received.
They blames Royal Mail, their pharmacy everyone and its dog…
