Reliable online prescription service for weight loss medicine

Immediate response to my request, the doctor prescribed the required medicine promptly.
The only minus point was the time (3 weeks) it took to get the paper prescription, maybe also due to the winter conditions.
Once received, the prescription was accepted without any problems by my local pharmacy.

Prescription never arrived in my mail.

I have not received my prescription in nearly a month, it's kind of insane.

Their phone number is either fake, or inactive, their customer support seems like AI to me.

It's crazy that it takes nearly a month to deliver a small, 0.1kg paper prescription.

I've since requested a resend but no one has bothered to tell me if that has gone through, and when will this resend arrive.

Extremely disappointed so far, I would love to call them and talk to someone, at the VERY least.

I paid 44 euros for the medicine and…

I paid 44 euros for the medicine and the prescription. I only received the paper. I followed up on the medicine order via DHL. It went to another country and another address. This is really unfortunate. I am still contacting them to get the money back and I have not received anything.

1. You can place a consultation to receive the medication through BlueClinic.
2. You can place a consultation to receive a paper prescription, allowing you to purchase the medication at your local pharmacy.

Based on your order, you chose the latter option. This is why you received a paper prescription, enabling you to buy the medication at your local pharmacy.

According to the tracking information, the paper prescription was successfully delivered to your address. 

Since it was delivered successfully, we are unable to issue a refund.

Faster to wait to see your own GP then to receive treatment here

This feedback comes as a critical warning for anyone considering using this service, especially if you have an urgent medical need: absolutely avoid it if you have any kind of infection or acute symptoms that require immediate treatment. My own experience highlights this critical point. I was prescribed antibiotics for a dental infection and paid a very expensive price for them on June 23rd. Astonishingly, as of July 10th, I am still waiting to receive them. Each time I inquired about the status of my 'treatment,' I was repeatedly assured it was 'on the way,' yet it never materialized. Having waited far too long for essential medication, I have now requested my money back. However, I am left wondering how long this refund process will take, or indeed, if they will ever return my funds. Given the complete lack of service after an expensive upfront payment and a string of unfulfilled promises, it's impossible not to question if this constitutes a scam, depending on the precise definition. My primary concern now, beyond getting my money back, is how many other vulnerable individuals might have found themselves in this exact, frustrating, and potentially dangerous situation.

As clearly stated in our Terms and Conditions, our service is not intended for emergencies or acute medical situations. If someone is experiencing an infection or symptoms requiring immediate treatment, we strongly recommend seeking urgent care through local healthcare services.

When it comes to medication delivery, we work with licensed pharmacies and shipping providers, and most deliveries are completed within the indicated timeframe.

Upon reviewing your case, we would like to clarify that the delay was not due to an internal issue on our side. DHL had reached out to request additional information needed for customs clearance. Unfortunately, as this information was not provided in time, your parcel could not be delivered and was returned. These types of customs procedures are beyond our direct control but are a necessary part of international shipping.

That said, we do recognize that dealing with such processes can be complex or unfamiliar. In light of this, and in the spirit of goodwill, we have processed a full refund for your order—even though the delay was not caused by our service.

We always strive to ensure the best possible experience for our customers and regret that this situation unfolded in such a way.
