Unfortunately, my dog came home from Doggi with fleas after attending daycare. What was most disappointing wasn’t just the outbreak itself, but the complete lack of transparency and responsibility afterwards.

There was no compensation offered, no clear communication, and from what I understand, other dog owners were not informed of the flea outbreak either — which puts more pets and homes at risk. Treating fleas is expensive, time-consuming, and stressful for both pets and owners.

I understand these things can occasionally happen in environments with multiple dogs, but honesty, accountability, and proactive communication are what matter most. Sadly, this experience fell far short of that.
