Great dog lead and great service
Great dog lead if you have a dog that pulls. Real game changer especially if like me you have more that one dog. The figure of eight really helps you get control of the dog. As the lead is long you are not tripping up over the dog either.
This my 3 lead of this type.

As previously explained, our customer service team went above and beyond in liaising with Parcel Force to arrange delivery of your order. We were subsequently informed by Parcel Force HQ that, due to the location of your property, it was considered unsafe for the driver to access and complete the delivery.
On both occasions, a full refund was issued immediately. We sincerely apologise that we were unable to deliver the items to you. Unfortunately, this situation was beyond our control, as the decision was made by Parcel Force.
We regret any inconvenience caused and appreciate your understanding.

Quick & easy to order ither online or by phone . Delivered next day . My dogs have been on the food since both were pups & doing very well. Coats so shiny & people always comment on them. I say it’s the food they are fed. 👍👍

The food is great thus far
The food is great thus far. Not having to feed different brands. Even my fussy Poodle likes it.
It is a better food then AVA that I was using. Kibble is just the right size.
It is a good price despite bags being 12kg. This is important for me as I can no longer lift 15kg sacks.
Delivery was on time.

Prompt service. I would have given it 5 stars but for the toggle handle breaking on first use, on contact with a rock in a field. May have just been unfortunate, but there you go. I am happy with the dummy itself working well with the pup.
