I still stand behind the Chrysler/Dodge brand because every one we have owned over the last twenty years have been amazing vehicles. But DO NOT use THUNDER for any service needs. 2019 Durango taken in on 12.08 to have a water pump replaced under warranty. They claimed they noticed the oil starting to leak behind the timing cover and would replace that while they were in there. Vehicle was picked up and brought home leaking oil on garage floor. It never had an oil leak prior to this. It was returned over 8 times for the oil leaking. They kept replacing gaskets despite my asking them to verify the work done on the timing cover. The 7th time it was returned, they did not reinstall the brush guard under the vehicle. I had to make another trip back for them to install the parts they left off. Only to return home with the same oil leak. The 8th attempt the oil leak was resolved, however it was returned with suspension and steering issues it also never had prior. Even though it was under warranty. I took it to a private mechanic. All 3 bolts for the steering rack and pinion were loose causing the rack to shift every time the steering wheel was turned or bumps in road. The right front sway bar link bolts were loose. Both front lower strut bolts were loose. Both front sway bar bushings bracket nuts were loose. They also left all of the heat shields disconnected. I wouldn't recommend this dealerships service department to anyone. Literal garbage work and zero quality control. Worst service experience i have ever had. And over 3 months of problems created by this dealership that NEVER existed prior to them touching the Durango. The only issue it has ever had was a failed water pump. I still stand behind the Dodge brand, but if something is not done about the quality of work at this dealership, you definitely will not have return buyers for your product. If any of those loose bolts had came loose towing our boat or on the highway, this would have a much worse outcome. I wouldn’t return to this dealership from absolutely free work if it was offered

Dodge parts list (and competitor’s) show part number I ordered as “front license plate bracket” for my year and make, part received is a 1”x1”x1” aluminum angle bracket. Received part 75-days after initial order, was initially told two weeks.
When inquired about incorrect part, I was told 1)“the part I received is the part I ordered” and 2) “since I had not provided my VIN they were unable to verify the part fits my vehicle”, I did provide year, make, and model with order.
Submitted multiple part breakdown diagrams and they still insist 1 and 2 above are still valid. Nowhere on the diagram for the front of the vehicle did anything resemble any type of a 1x1x1 angle bracket.
They did offer another part number as what I needed for my vehicle, (still have not provided my VIN), Dodge and competitor’s state the part number they offered, will NOT fit my vehicle.
Lastly offered to refund my purchase price if I send it back. Declined as after paying shipping, I would only net about $3.
