AVOID AT ALL COSTS
AVOID AT ALL COSTS! I bought a scooter from Brent Cross which I had to pay in cash which was already a red flag. The first time I used it, the throttle randomly cut out even (which is dangerous on the road), the brakes were too harsh and then it didn’t charge. I asked them to fix it and when I collected it, nothing changed and I couldn’t refund due to T&Cs. I had to keep going back and forth FOUR times and they still didn’t apologise and refund me. They sent it to the Finchley Road branch then they LOST it for a week. When they found it and returned it, the charger didn’t fit in the charging port they fitted. Absolute disgrace!

Just the Part I Needed at a Reasonable Price and Quickly DeliveredGreat Service and
I needed a new throttle assembly for my Kugoo Scooter. Doctor Scooter had the part at a reasonable price plus delivery fee. Ordering was easy and the part arrived in a couple of days. My scooter is back up and running so I'm very happy. I can only recommend buying from Doctor Scooter.

Hard tyre
Recently bought 2 hard tyre for my Pure e-scooter, reasonable price, got delivered with no issues... Got it fitted with a bit of effort and patience. No more worries about puncture now.
