Perfect and on-time delivery

I ordered an urgent medical devise from this company and paid up front and needed it by 16th October, so ordered in good time. My order as promised was delived on the 10th October. Unfortunately for me it was not my order and not my order number. So I contacted them by email and found my order was in transit. Unfortunately for me again that has been stopped until I print off a return label and send back their order and only then will mine be dispatched. So I won't receive my order probably for another 10 days maybe. So I don't want it now because it is too late to use now. Dreadful service and will never deal with this company again. My problem is with customer service. This company made the mistake so I would have thought they would rectify it and send a courier with my order and take back the wrong order. That would probably focus the company on making sure that correct orders are sent out everytime. I don't have a printer to print off their terurn label I have had to go out of my way to return this unwanted item. Linda Cunningham

Excellente plateforme pour acheter vos suppléments et vitamines spécialement pour les enfants. Quelques inconvénients étaient des informations trompeuses. Le site Web propose la livraison gratuite si vous achetez plus de 15 € de produit dans la même pharmacie (quoi que cela signifie car il s'agit d'une seule plateforme en ligne), mais pour une raison quelconque, vous facturez les frais d'expédition. Il est indiqué que la livraison au point de retrait est de 2,99 mais elle passe à 3,99 au moment du paiement. Enfin, ils indiquent une réduction de 5 € si vous vous inscrivez chez eux pour la première fois, mais ne mentionnent pas qu'elle n'est disponible qu'avec un minimum de 45 € d'achats. J'étais quand même content de passer ma première commande mais ces nombreux ratés conduisant à réaliser une vente me semblent injustes à mon goût.

Great platform to buy your supplement and vitamines especially for children .
Couple of downside was misleading information .

The website offering free delivery if you purchase more than 15€ worth of product from same pharmacy (whatever that means as it’s a one online platform ) but some reason charge you for shipping .
It state delivery to collection point is 2.99 but it changes to 3.99 at the check out .
Lastly they state for €5 discount if you register with them for the first time but do not mention that it’s only available with minimum of 45€ purchases.
I was still happy to place my first order but this many miss leading to make a sale seems unfair for my liking .
