Do not trust the book box quality
Quick service but the quality of the boxes for books is below standards. Bottom of boxes should be reinforced and handles should be available for easy handling. Even half full, 10-15 percent of them broke during the move.

Damaged boxes
13 out of 40 boxes arrived damaged. I had to discuss with costumer services to get a refund (not yet received but at least agreed). You deliver something broken and will not replace or at least refund? That's a joke.

Still waiting for my order one week later
I placed my online order for moving materials on 16/01 at 10.55 aiming to receive my parcel on the next day, as said on your website. Today, almost one week later, I have not received my parcel yet. It is stuck at DPD's delivery centre since Friday 17/1. I know that this is not under your control, but effectively it results in my dissatisfaction as a customer, because you collaborate with an unreliable delivery company. If they cannot guarantee the delivery on time, you should not advertise it on your website.

Very bad. Boxes were left on the street, not properly delivered. Wine card boxes are too small: bottles dont fit in.
