Was supposed to be same day didpatch. Still not received

Used evri for delivery goods stuck at evri depot for 7 days Dobies chased the order up great with communication . Just wish they wouldn't use evri as a carrier.

Great service , the seeds are exactly what I want .

The plants I received were like small plug plants that had been just put in a bigger pot

Should have been dispatched 5 days ago. Still not arrived. Very disappointing.

Packaging is always a problem with Dobie and I have previously received damaged plants. This time, however, the plants were in decent condition but the packaging was smashed.

Despite a particularly difficult delivery from their courier (England game and broken down truck) the plants arrived in good condition. A little damage to one plant but not significant.
Dobies were responsive to the issues and I’d recommend using them over others who are not.

I am so fed up with misleading delivery dates and quality of plants being sent out . Packaging not sufficient to cope with delays in postage services . I have closed my account.

Not the best plants that I've received one plant had come out of the plastic container and very dry planted into pots I think it might survive

The items I ordered have been delayed twice and now its not appropriate to receive them so late hence one star. Would have been better to show items out of stock on website. Refund requested.

Took 5 days for seeds to arrive. This was my very first order. phoned on 4th day incase lost as order said dispatched within 24 hrs. Customer service woman was rude and basically they will be there when there. Won't be ordering anything again

The mirror has still not arrived yet I am being asked repeatedly for reviews.

I ordered plants on 3 July and it’s now the 17th and still no delivery or updates on such. Emailed company about it and no reply. Super poor

Such a simple process. Select the items i wanted to order on the app and pay for them. Job done! Delivery was super efficient too.

Only given 4 fist plant arrived well packed and in good condition. Second plant was supposed to be honeysuckle and a sunflower was sent. Plant was not in great condition and box bashed.Evri -usual poor service. Customer service were excellent in sorting error and dispatched another honeysuckle unfortunately delivery is delayed Evri again so not expecting a very healthy plant in this weather when it finally arrives

Pleased to be able to order some tomato seeds for next year at a special price. When an item was missing from my order, customer service was helpful and promptly sent the missing seeds.

Bought some plants only to find out after purchase they don't come until who knows when, tried to follow up but you can't get in touch anywhere. Will never buy from them online again. Still no plants and zero way to find any updates or ask for a refund.

Very disappointed all plants broken as not secured in box. Dry as bone and pot bound what little soil that we was in the pots just dust at the bottom of the box. If using evri you need to ensure packed more securely as had obviously been upside down on more than one occasion. I am hoping they will survive but don't hold out much hope. Date shows packed 10th but not received till 15th so would recommend being packed with some sort of moisture retentive material
