Just received my 2 bags of strulch, great delivery and a good price from Dobies at 2 bag discount. Great website and plenty of deals.

Good communication via email/text message saying order was out for delivery that day with estimated time.

I ordered 4 x 3L potted Dahlia plants. Unfortunately, they arrived in a dreadful condition, which I blame entirely on the shipping firm. Despite the box being marked as live plants and clearly labelled as to which way up they should be handled, the instructions were clearly ignored.
Dobies soon put that right. I emailed them with photos of the state of the plants and packaging and they agreed that the plants were not fit for purpose.
I was immediatly dispatched replacements for two of the plants as two others were out of stock. I did get a refund for the other plants which arrived in my bank account within 48 hours.
I cannot praise Dobies enough for their actions and speed in addressing my problem. The service provided was excellent and I will definitely use Dobies again without a doubt for my plants in the future. I would though suggest they use a new delivery firm.

Very disappointed with Dobies after using them for many years — I won’t be ordering from them again.
My most recent order was for strawberries. After waiting many weeks, they failed to deliver the correct consignment I had ordered. They did issue a refund, but the whole experience was frustrating.
I’ve also had ongoing problems with their seeds, which rarely germinate properly. As someone who has maintained an allotment for over 20 years, I’m not sure why their seeds have become so unreliable recently.
I’ll be looking elsewhere for my gardening supplies from now on.

had 2 losses this year (so far) 1 house plant posted in jan, left in a freezing van overnight the plant lived but all the flowers dropped, why did you post then but not wait a few days?? 1 at the other extreme 2 plants dried to a crisp becouse it was too hot again why post when conditions say do not??
over all I have had good service from you, keep up the good work, but think about postal times and conditions.

supposed to be garden ready but are only 10 cms high and look as though they have only been grown since order was placed
