Thanks for your note. Apologies for the delay in getting your items to you. Your items were posted on the 8th September via Toll under tracking number 7372130223741. I have tried to chase this with Toll however they are experiencing an overwhelming number of deliveries in and out of Sydney so our customers have been experiencing delays. I have raised this with them as your tracking number states there is no update since the 8th.

I will respond to you as soon as possible and many apologies for the delay.

Thanks for your order Sabastian. Your order was placed on the Sunday 5th and was dispatched on Wednesday 8th and delivered to you on the 15th. Apologies for the delay but all of the couriers in the Greater Sydney region are experiencing unprecedented volume of deliveries as well as dealing with ongoing COVID restrictions and we're trying to get deliveries out as quickly and as safely as possible. Thanks

Hi Daniel,
Apologies for the delay in getting this to you. The delays have been with the couriers in Sydney but we're trying to get them to deal with their backlog of deliveries.
Thanks
Nick
