I have so many issues with this…
I have so many issues with this insurance company - I don't know where to start. I realise I am an English speaker living in Germany, but so many people in DE speak English - why oh why doesn't DKV hire any of them? I am five weeks into getting a procedure approved, and seven weeks into a check-up approval needed - and all I get are emails telling me someone will reply to me in three weeks ( since NEVER has three weeks for a health insurance request been acceptable!) and honestly this company is a complete and total nightmare. Being stressed out is so unhealthy, you would think DKV would try to minimise that stress for their customers buy all they do is make every interaction with them stressful. I would choose any other company than this one if I could!
