Amazing service

Refund

Was a problem at first but instantly fixed it and send me refund. Really good comunication from byron i got a email back half hour every email i sent so very good impressive. Phill kershaw

Resolved delivery

This was my first time purchasing from this company. The product was fine, but the delivery was terrible & expensive. I had to contact them because it didn't turn up within the 3 days. They said it was lost in delivery. They apologised & said we can deliver it for Wednesday, so I agreed. It eventually came Friday.

Thank you for your apology & the friendly phone call to explain. It does mean alot, as it's very rare for someone to apologise for there mistake. For that reason, I will change my star rating to 5 stars. I would highly recommend.

Product was great but the 1-3 days…

Product was great but the 1-3 days delivery turned into 7 days with no explanation.

Carry Bag with missing but this an error a supplier amd was rectified quicker than the original delivery.

I can’t recommend DJKit highly enough

I can’t recommend DJKit highly enough. I purchased my Reloop 7000s and Ecler Warm 2 from them and the service was absolutely outstanding — genuinely went above and beyond expectations.

Byron in particular was wonderful throughout the whole process. Even when I made an error and ordered the wrong Reloop turntable, he handled everything calmly, professionally, and efficiently, making what could have been a stressful situation completely painless.

Incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and customer-focused from start to finish. I’ll only ever buy from DJKit going forward. Brilliant company with equally brilliant people behind it.

The company offered price matching was one of the great things, it offered many payment options - so I was able to order that day. The sales Byron was super helpful and friendly and stayed with me every step of the way made check out with a price matched item super simple. Item arrived in nice neat carefully handeled box (no bent corners or dents).

Recommend 100% for online purchases.

Very disappointing

Ordered a controller over Christmas which was listed as in stock on the website but was actually out of stock. Whilst this was resolved a week later when the distributor reopened and delivered the following day I have just had the same problem with another order.

I would not buy anything online from this company without calling to check stock levels before ordering..... There seems to be a complete disconnect between their online store and actual stock levels.

You’re right to point out the disconnect between our online store and physical stock levels. Christmas is a particularly challenging period, as many of our distributors close for the holidays, making it much harder for us to rectify errors quickly. While we managed to resolve the Christmas order within a week, we clearly missed the mark by letting this happen a second time.

We are taking your feedback seriously. We have some exciting updates coming to our system very soon that are specifically designed to sync our stock levels more accurately and handle high-volume periods like Christmas much better.
