I applied for finance 2 days ago, for DXJ RX3 bundle and it got acepted straight away and arrived this morning

ABSOLUTE con. Was approved for finance with a different company then received an email from these saying it hadn't gone through and to apply with them for just a £50 deposit. No idea how they got my details, e mail, order from the other companies etc. So evident its a phising attempt to take deposits and then refuse finance. The original company I ordered with were baffled and immediately got in touch to say don't fall for it. Do not even consider this company.

Paid in full for the product and they didn't even have it in stock! I recieved no emails from them. After a few days I emailed to check the order progress and was told it was "processing". Called up a few days later to find they didn't have the product in stock and the manufacturer couldn't give a date on when they would be making them again. So basically they were keeping my money with no idea when they could get me the product and didn't attempt to contact me to arrange something else.

The company breaches GDPR rules by calling you without your consent. If you want stop these calls you have to unsubscribe on their website and all this without your consent in first place!

The company own djfinance.co.uk, djfinancedirect.co.uk and thedjshop.co.uk. I had never purchased off them before but the speakers I wanted were difficult to find anywhere else, so I took the gamble. It turns out they didn't even have the speakers I ordered! Took the money, I received no confirmation email, only a confirmation from PayPal. I then called them up to be told they do not have the speakers and it would be almost a month until they had them in stock. No website should be misleading people in this way. Order cancelled and won't be using them again.

I used DJ Finance Direct last week to order a Pioneer XDJ XZ because they were the only retailer to have them in stock (according to websites). Everything went through smoothly and it arrived the next day delivery via DPD.

I understand why someone would want to look this company up and research them before submitting a substantial order. I found this company has few reviews hence why I am submitting one now and there seems to be little-to-no activity on facebook & twitter. Although there are plenty of posts of various DJ Equipment, there is little-to-no likes and very few comments from anyone so there appears to be little interaction with past, present and potential future customers in comparison to other retailers/competitors.

From the paperwork I have received, DJ Finance Direct has a parent company called Guildford Sound & Light, and on the day my XZ arrived, the delivery time slot was sent to me from DJDeals.co.uk so I checked their website and it has the same DJ products with a slightly different layout and colour scheme to it.  So to me it looks like Guilford Sound & Light is the parent company to DJ Finance Direct and DJDeals.co.uk.

To summarise, I am happy with the service and product I have received and I would definitely use them again.

I was a little bit confused at the start and I felt like I was taking a bit of a risk when I first ordered (like many others judging from the questions posted online and in forums etc if you Google the name DJ Finance Direct.)  My confusion and feeling like I took a risk have depleted now that I have received the XZ and based on the good Customer Service I received.

Purchased a 2- Deck Standalone Denon Prime 2 controller from DJ Finance Direct. I must say, from start to finish, the company has been excellent. I received a phone call from the Financing company regarding my approval for finance, and my order was shipped the next day. I am a very pleased, and happy customer. The product I have received is incredible, and I recommend this controller to any person who enjoys mixing and DJing. I am a complete beginner, but this controller is very advanced and has all the latest features. I also recommend DJ Finance Direct to anyone, for reliable and enjoyable service. I will definitely be using again in the upcoming future. Thank you so much

Had chat over the phone a couple of times about certain products was told in depth if they was suitable for my needs wasn't oversold anything which made the experience very good and when finally decided on my new headphones and speakers the sales guy asked what mixer I was using said I needed a lead I didn't know about chucked it in the bag for me for free with some haribos so today not only have I new equipment that arrived in less than a day but I have some sweets to munch on whilst I unpack my new toys hands down great company awesome lad I spoke to sorry forgot your name and definetly will be buying from you guys again

Used these guys to buy my new Pioneer XDJ RX2 and really pleased with their service. Chatted to a helpful guy on the phone first and he answered a few questions, then I went ahead and bought online and choose the finance option.

The only thing I felt that wasn't clear was the actual delivery/ date arrangement after the finance had been approved, and as it was on finance they couldn't send it to my works address so had to pop home to take the delivery. Minor things but worth noting.

The only thing I forgot to order was a deck saver! :(

Overall really happy with my purchase and the service from the guys!

Got a great deal on my DJ kit, spread the finance at 0% and it arrived the very next day!

What was great is that they threw in two xlr cables (which I needed but forgot to order) at no extra cost - as well as a packet of haribo to munch on!

Fantastic company for Dj and production equipment. Offering up to 2 years 0% is another bonus. Smooth transaction and easy to deal with. The guys were very helpful on the phone. Would definitely use again in the future.

I recently purchased £1629 worth of DJ equipment (XDJ RX2 and Pioneer DJ Speakers). You can apply for finance, 0% interest, directly through their website. I made my application on a Sunday evening. Monday afternoon I had my application approved and Wednesday morning I had everything delivered to my door.

Fast and professional; everything done online in a matter of minutes.

However, the nightmare started when I had to return the unit due to a fault: it randomly enters into emergency loop mode although I tried everything I was asked to (different USBs, only high quality mp3s, updated to latest frame ware). I sent the unit back at my own expense (which added up to £40) on July 31st. I got it back on September 5. Obviously, I'm paying instalments - £87/month but the worst was I had a big gig coming and no way to practice.

All this time they could not reproduce the problem, not even once although for me was happening a few times a week; they decided to change the USB ports, on the advice of Pioneer. I'd like to underline that the communication from their side was almost 0; I had to call a couple of times a week to ask about the progress of the work.

As I suspected, replacing of the USBs ports did not fix the problem. Plus, I discovered the unit is not able to record either - if you use its recording button and try record a mix, it stops after 20 mins into the mix, showing an error on the display.

Because I did not want to repeat the experience of sending the unit to them and wait for weeks to get it back, I recorded a video showing how the unit enters into the emergency loop mode under normal use. I wrote them again, CC-ing Pioneer support team as well. While Pioneer asked for details about where the repairing was done, DJ Finance have not come back with any details or clarifications. I am honestly very disappointed from several point of views:
- communication with them;
- the fact that they could not find the real problem (you would think that service centres would have diagnostic tools which can be use to identify issues like this);
- the fact that they kept the XDJ for such a long time; and they returned in the same state;
- overall with the quality of customer experience considering the fact the these equipment are so expensive.
