The collector arrived at the expected time. He was tremendously helpful and kind; also enjoyable talking to. The collection was smooth and I couldn't have asked for more.

Absolutely brilliant service. I’m not a regular skip renter and Josh Leather was superb. Dealt with me efficiently and with charm. Ordered in the morning, delivered in the afternoon. Faultless. Also, very helpful and thoughtful drivers - both drop off and pick up. Thank you. A great relief. Will definitely use again when needed.

After a terrible experience with Biffa, Divert took over the contract for 2 sites. Divert haven't missed a beat, brilliant communication, service & pricing. Just totally hassle free.

Great service. They answered my request for a quote right away and hauled away our bricks and rubble the next morning. Having them haul was cheaper than renting a 4-foot skip elsewhere. Ben and Aaron were friendly, professional and amazingly efficient. Thank you!

The quote for confidential shredding was excellent. The van came on time and there was no fuss or drama. Hard to think of a way they could do any better. One word of caution the shredding machine is not silent so I would advise against an early start!

Sophie went above and beyond to arrange a collection. But I would like to send appreciation to Anthony who kindly called prior to collection as my husband was on night shifts (it’s often ignored). Very thorough. Thank you

Recently had the pleasure of working with Divert - great company and had a fresh approach in comparison to others. Special mention to Elliot who I dealt with.

I’ve used Divert a few times to clear loads of rubbish from my drive during clear outs and garden work and it’s always a brilliant service. The price is reasonable and it’s super easy to phone or WhatsApp to get a quote. On the day the chaps that collect the rubbish do a great job and even sweep up afterwards!

Using Divert for home rubbish collection is so much easier than going on multiple dump trips, and genuinely works out at a similar price to a skip, but without the need to book in advance. Just pile everything up on the drive and when you’re ready it’ll be gone the next day!
