Yes, the store is not the best in the service sector, but there is a wide selection of dolls. There are dolls without clothes for those who can sew, which makes the doll cheaper. I ordered not a small number of dolls twice. Thanks to the store for the assortment. And I want to wish a little bit better service so that there are no bad reviews. After all, it is stressful for the buyer and for the seller. I am grateful that such a store exists and good luck.

I got an articulated doll body with a defective hip joint from Diversal.es. The doll leg broke, unfortunately. And there is no answer for email and no refund. :(

Shipping took a little while, but otherwise I‘m happy. All articles I ordered arrived without any problems.

If you intend to get your order complete, in time and/or in mint condition, this is definitely NOT your shop. Worst site I have purchased in EVER.

I ordered some dolls that were difficult to find in my country, and they were suppossed to be here in seven days. However, a month later I got nothing but an automatic response to my emails -the same for everybody, I guess- telling that my inquiry would be answered shortly. When I finally got my order, parcel was nothing but a rubbish bag with bubbles, inside of which two of the five items were missing, and the other things were smashed. I had to wait TWO MONTHS to get my money back. Never again!!!

Uninspired and boring. Something that should be in an outdoor market. Not here!
