Very disappointed with the customer…
Very disappointed with the customer service and the description of the products. I believed I ordered a 3 tier cake cabinet to then receive just the front panel of it. I enquired with the team ant displaypro about this, they stated I had only ordered the front panel which I accepted was my error, however the description was not clear. They went on to say I was able to return the item. I requested a return for it to be rejected. So now I have paid £28.99 for a square piece of plastic that I have absolutely no use for.

The shelf is creased on delivery
The shelf is creased on delivery. Tried to phone the company on Saturday morning 3 times , told I was 1st and 2nd in the queue only to be kept waiting for more than 12minutes each time . If they are not open on Saturdays the answer phone should say so . Will try and call them Monday
