Well worth it!!
Our tour guide Billy made the whole experience amazing. He was knowledgeable, fun, and kind. The sights were also incredible and with the knowledge of their history even more awe inspiring.

My wife and I booked the Glenfinnan tour many weeks ago and were fortunate to have a very helpful, polite, friendly and knowledgeable driver named Brian who is a credit to the Company.
There were only six of us on the journey and we visited more places than we expected. Thoroughly recommended

My wife and I recently took the Oban-Western Highlands day tour from Glasgow. In spite of the weather, it will remain a highlight of our week long vacation to Scotland. The sites were absolutely breathtaking! Our guide was Dave and he was "delightful"; he was informative, funny and curated the best playlist for our journey. When we return we will most certainly book another tour with Discover Scotland. If we are lucky, Dave will be our guide.

If I could give more than 5 stars I would.
Dave and Maggie were wonderful tour guides and I throughly enjoyed every moment of this 3 day Isle of Skye tour. Not only was the landscape absolutely breathtaking but Dave was so full of amazing geology and history facts that I feel like I also learned a BUNCH on this tour (and so crazy that so much Scottish history happened on a Tuesday, when it was raining 🤣). I’m super impressed with Discover Scotland’s commitment to bookings as well, our tour only had 3 people on it!! Other companies would have cancelled or postponed until more people booked, but instead it felt like we got our own personal tour with Dave & Maggie. I would book with Discover Scotland again in a heartbeat, and will absolutely be recommending them to everyone I know!

We had such a fantastic experience on this guided tour, and a huge part of that was thanks to our guide, Stevie. He was incredibly warm, welcoming, and genuinely funny, which made the whole tour feel relaxed and enjoyable from start to finish.
What really stood out was his storytelling, he has a great way of bringing history and places to life, making everything feel engaging and memorable rather than just a list of facts. You could tell he truly cares about what he does, and that energy carried through the entire experience.
If you get the chance to have Stevie as your guide, you’re in for something special. Highly recommended!

Oban and West Highland experience.
This day trip was the highlight of our trip to Scotland for my adult sons who hadn't visited their ancestral home before.
Everything was run bang on time. The minivan was comfortable and clean and our guides, Chris and Harry, were knowledgeable, friendly and fun.
There were frequent comfort breaks and several stops long enough to make the most of certain venues: Oban and Inveraray.
The weather was mostly awful (for which the company is not responsible!) but the mountain views were still atmospheric. Chris's playlist was pertinent and kept us entertained during the longer legs of the journey.
I would definitely recommend using this company.

A tour that made Scotland even more magical
If there’s one thing Discover Scotland Tours gets right, it’s absolutely everything. I’m so glad I chose them after a friend recommended them following her trip in December. I went in April 2026 with someone very special to me, and it turned out to be one of the best decisions of my second visit to Scotland.
Dave from Discover Scotland was exceptional. He’s knowledgeable, genuine, and clearly passionate about what he does, and he creates such a welcoming atmosphere. Even though it was just the two of us, he put in full effort to make the experience truly memorable. The minibus itself was very comfortable, with spacious seating, overhead storage, and large panoramic windows that made the views even more enjoyable. His calm and safe driving through the Highlands also made the journey feel completely at ease.
The communication was seamless too. I received clear pickup details a day in advance via what3words, along with all the necessary information, which made everything very convenient.
Even after comparing options, I would still choose Discover Scotland Tours again if I return to explore Scotland. Thank you, Dave and the team, for such a wonderful experience!

We had a truly fantastic time with Discover Scotland tours. The sites we visited were magnificent. The van was comfortable and it was nice to be in a small group. Our guide, Gary, went above and beyond. His enthusiasm for Scotland is infectious and he knows not only all of the best places to go (and what time to see them), but he knows so much information about each site. He also went above and beyond for us as a family- our younger child turned 9 and Gary planned a whole party for him and got him a gift. He made my son feel so special. Gary is as magical as Scotland and Discovery Scotland tours.

Amazing Experience!
The team is really amazing. As we are based in India, we had quiet some queries during booking. The team not only resolved all our queries within 24 hours each time but also shared accommodation options and other details which were very helpful for planning the tour.
