Great website

First time customer, I wasn’t impressed

Company that delivered said it was delivered but I never received my package, although it did get sorted fairly quickly and I was sent another pair out the next day the overall first time customer experience wasn’t great.

You contacted us within 24 hours of noticing the issue, and we immediately reviewed the information available and opened an internal investigation, which is still ongoing. To ensure you were not left without your original order, we arranged and dispatched a replacement within two days of your first contact with us.

We also upgraded the replacement shipment to Special Delivery at our own expense to minimise any inconvenience caused.

Given the steps we took to resolve the matter promptly and proactively, we are naturally disappointed by this review. Nevertheless, we remain committed to investigating the issue fully and providing the best possible service to our customers.

After spying (sorry for the pun)!

After spying (sorry for the pun) the sunglasses I had been after for ages on Amazon there was an issue with the right style and.coliyr going in the basket. A message to the seller was quickly answered and pointed me to their own website where they confirmed the item was in stock.

Ordering was quick and easy with regular updates as to where my parcel was, and an email with my 6 month guarantee was soon received.

Parcel arrived well packaged and within 3 days of me ordering. The glasses are exactly as expected.
