Only a third of order received
I am a little concerned now as my recent order only delivered a third of my order. Christmas isn't far away and this order was to be cover that.
I didn't receive any comms regarding it's shipment or expected delivery.
Despite emailing DD twice I've not received any reply.
There have been 3 orders placed over time and only one has gone without a hitch

Order placed with you 31-10-23 and to date has not arrived. Your carrier DPD have been advised of my order but to date are not in receipt of my order.
Can somebody please check and confirm back to me when I am likely to receive my order.
Previous order arrived in under 1 week.
