I had a great experience! I ordered $329 worth of Acuvue oasis contacts (over $450 at my eye doctor!) and they came within a week! They made it so simple! They even contacted my eye doctor to get my prescription right away, which helps a very busy business woman out a lot! They were really good with email contacts and how the process was going. I didn’t even have to go to the eye doctor and wait and all that stuff during Covid! Love the process and will purchase from them again!

i have been ordering lenses from here for last 2 years without any issues.. 30-40% cheaper than getting lenses through my eye doctor.. My wife also ordered from here and she doesn't notice any difference?? not sure why people say their lenses are not the right fit??

STAY AWAY!!! They are discounted for a reason. My contacts came in the Acuview package but I am guessing they were factory rejects or seconds since they were torn, etc. They didn't fit like previous ones I used. Complete waste of money!! Don't fall for the discount in the name.

Spent $200 getting Acuview contacts. they obviously sent me defective ones. You must open them to realize they are defective, so you cant send them back. I did order them when they were having a sale last Nov. STAY AWAY. They are dishonest and actually cost more than other sites. Their reps on the phone have no idea what they are talking about and they lie to make the sale.

I asked if they matched contactlensking.com prices. They said yes, but it can't be from google. Ok? Google is the main search engine of the internet which will lead to every website. Doesnt matter how you get there. Anyhow, I copy a link to their website and specifically the brand I was looking for that shows a sale price. They said it had to be from contactlensking.com which it was, just mobile website. I didnt send you a fake link. So I went to desktop version and through contactlensking found my product, again on sale, and sent it to them. Again they said that's now what its showing them and it needed to be from contactlenskings site. I have no idea what they're talking about and it's obvious they just dont want to match the price. Bye forever.

Discount Contact Lenses cancelled my order, with no notification, and then told me they couldn't cancel my credit card charge and I would need to contact my bank. Total Scammers. RUN DO NOT WALK FROM THIS SITE.

My experience is one of not paying close enough attention to the details of an ad. I dealt with DiscountContactLenses and failed to note that the price quoted for contact lenses was for boxes of 3 lenses instead of the more standard size of boxes of 6 lenses. Therefore i paid twice as much as I thought I was paying. The intent of this review is to merely warn others to not make the same mistake. I strongly recommend dealing with another company--any company--and buy only boxes of 6. Good luck and I hope my experience makes you a smarter shopper.

I ordered my lenses over 2 months ago. Customer service was quick to reply but was not forth coming with information regarding my order. I waited patiently for 1 month and then contacted customer service as the status of my order had not updated in that time. I was informed in the return correspondence that my order would have to be reordered and they would expedite shipping. No explanation as to why it would have to be reordered. At this point I was irritated because I had placed this order 2 months in advance of when I needed them. So another few weeks passes. I've received nothing and again the status on my order has not changed from lenses ordered. So I contact customer service again, this time letting them know I was getting more than a little frustrated. I received a phone call from AC lens (which I'm guessing is their parent company) and a voicemail stating that there was a problem with my order and to please call them. I returned the phone call. The person I spoke with sounded very bored to be doing this and then stated that they can't make my contacts because (insert her mumble explanation here that I couldn't understand). I asked why I was not informed of this when I placed my order back at the beginning of October. This person didn't answer my question and just said do you want us to contact your doctor? I replied "Why? I don't understand. I provided the prescription from my doctor's office." Again no reply from the customer service rep. So I just told her to cancel my order. This was a horrible experience and now I'm out of luck with having my contacts by the time I needed them. I have yet to receive my refund so I can't say whether or not they are forth coming with refunding your money. I will update if I receive it. "

I uploaded my new prescription to their website just for them to email me and say that it was expired...my prescription absolutely was not expired. I emailed them back not one but two times telling them to take a closer look at the expiration date and it was only after I had cancelled the order because the situation was so ridiculous that someone had finally realized my prescription was valid. Also, they called the wrong doctor to verify...all of the information was on the prescription! I ended up ordering through another company, LensDirect and I had zero problems with the LensDirect and my contacts got to me fast.
