I have just made my second purchase from discount mobility with a 5 year interval and both times I have been able to buy an excellent well designed wheelchair, the lightest at an affordable price.
The first was delivered earlier than expected but I am most impressed with my 2nd order which did not go to plan but what was important was the knowledgeable and polite way my inquiry and telephone calls were dealt with concluding with the promised following day delivery.

My purchase was so easy with discount mobility and i had shopped around but they came up the best that i found. It was delivered and i had an engineer to answer all my questions, i cant thank you enough, you've given me my freedom back .,

The chair itself is great. Delivery needs to be looked into. I'm disabled and my delivery was dropped at my front door and left in the rain because it wouldn't fit through the door????? I had to get it on myself and was I'll after

Delivery was good but reported problem with chair upholstery which they simply referred to manufacturer with no response to date. So poor service overall, not interested once they have your money. Dealing with a sick wife I haven't got the time or energy to chase them. Would not recommend them.

I was recommended to the company by the deputy manager if a care home, so was optimistic. The product is fine, but I (and the care home) would have liked to be informed about the delivery date in advance.

once item arrived it was well packed, it is very light my daughter can pick it up no problem she says much lighter than my previous wheelchair, it steers well with ease only one small problem is footrests are hard to remove, possibly Because it is new hopefully will get better overall a good looking light weight wheelchair.

I purchased items online, this was an easy transaction the communication was good, delivery quick and packaging very good. I would recommend this company.
